Supposedly they do delivery but only sometimes then they decide to stop apparently, I have had their food delivered before. Their website is a mess, says delivery but no delivery can't even get a menu with prices to appear. Called to see if I could do delivery and got a very short spoken woman on the phone that said no you have to pick it up and before I could say well i'm confused because on your website... she interrupted me and said you have a good day and I said okay bye. Won't be going there in person if she's working this was at around 12:35 on 11-20-2025. Do better with your attitude and your website.

I really wanted to like Sandy’s Hamburgers and Drive-Thru, but unfortunately, my recent experience left a lot to be desired. We visited during a slow period—not even rush hour—and the quality of the food and service just didn’t match expectations. The fried mushrooms were the biggest disappointment. They arrived cold—not warm, not lukewarm, but cold. Fried mushrooms should be crispy and hot, but these felt like they’d been sitting out for way too long. It’s such a simple thing to get right, and I couldn’t help but wonder how something like that happens when the restaurant isn’t even busy. Cold fried mushrooms just don’t make sense and really took away from the meal. To make matters worse, the lid on our soda wasn’t secured properly, and it exploded all over our car. It made for a frustrating and messy situation that could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detail. I understand that mistakes happen, but these issues didn’t make a great impression. I hope Sandy’s takes this as constructive feedback and focuses on improving the small things that can really impact a customer’s experience. ---

Got a 1/3 burger with fry’s and a drink tooks 20 minutes at window to get food. And the first drink of mellow yellow the lady’s handed me had black goo floating in it. I handed it back and watched them fill three more cups until the soda Machine stoped putting black goo in pop. Felt very unclean. I didn’t eat the food.

A great place for a quick bite. I stop here twice a week for my burger fix. It's always hot and fresh.
I spent 20.25 on a 2/3 lb burger with cheese and bacon and a crinkle fry with fry sauce, and it was possibly the worst burger I've ever eaten. Burgers weren't seasoned, ingredients were just slapped on, and there was so much mayo and ketchup that my bun was mush by the time I got to it. I was stunned.
These are very nice people who preserve an adorable relic of our past that I and many people adore. But if the food quality isn't checked, it may not be open for much longer.
