We had an amazing experience with Pays Cafe catering our Wedding. From beginning to end, they thought of everything, we had quite a few children attending and they recommended hotdogs and mac & cheese for the kids which went over amazing. Our dinner consisted of smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, beans, and coleslaw, along with a fresh garden salad & rolls. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it! If you like old fashioned diners you'll feel right at home. Cowboy atmosphere right by the stockyards. Solid food, lots of it.
The food was good overall, and the service from the team was excellent. My hot roast beef was a little on the dry side, but the two omelets we ordered were cooked perfectly. A solid meal with friendly and attentive service.
