Ciao Mambo Reviews
I had a wonderful experience at Ciao Mambo, sat at the bar and enjoyed a nice beer and the mussels ans manicotti!! Everything from service to food was superb, topped the night off with a piece of tiramisu, yum.
My husband and I had dinner at Ciao Mambo yesterday for our two year wedding anniversary. We were informed of the long wait time, but we were more than willing to wait. We ordered our pastas and added a Caesar salad on the side. I unfortunately forgot to mention that I have a mushroom allergy and was not aware that the salad came with mushrooms until it arrived at our table, but our server was super kind and quickly took the salad away and asked for a new salad to be made mushroom...read full review
Amazing food, service was excellent and the atmosphere is perfect. Our 2nd time here and we made a special trip to billings just to enjoy their carbonara.

Ciao Mambo is a favorite among diners, particularly for date nights. The restaurant serves excellent pasta dishes, including the popular Pasta Ravenna and alla rustic. The Bocconcini Fritti appetizer, featuring fried cheese balls in tomato sauce, is a highlight. The menu also includes gluten-free pasta options and a kids' menu with pasta, pizza, and more. The atmosphere is bustling, with a wonderful staff, but can be noisy, making conversation difficult. Despite this, the restaurant is worth visiting, with delicious dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, and veal. The staff is accommodating, even helping guests with mobility issues.
The restaurant offers high-quality Italian food with an extensive menu and a casual atmosphere consistent with the culinary culture. Guests can expect the meal to take time as everything is prepared fresh. Reservations are required for parties of 8 or more, and a line often forms before the 5 pm opening time. The Ciopinno is an excellent choice, and the cocktails are very well prepared. Customers have praised the fresh garlic bread and the delicious linguine with meatballs, which are served in large portions. The restaurant's attention to detail, such as accommodating a guest's mushroom allergy, has also been noted.
