Santera Cocina & Tequila Reviews
Worst enchiladas I’ve ever had. The red sauce tasted like tomato paste no spice . The cheese and tortilla both flavorless as well. It seriously looked like an Italian enchilada if that exists. 😂 Cheese fundido was good but came with 3 limp flour tortillas and no spoon. Food and appetizer came out together. I like to enjoy an appetizer before my meal instead of being bombarded with food. Margaritas were good but I will not be going back.
We have been here many times and not one time have they let us down. Tasty food and drinks, friendly prompt service and this crew works their behinds off all night long. Blessed to have them serve Billings!
My husband and I along with dear friends ate at Santera for the first time today and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Fresh, Fast, Quality, Delicious. The staff are so friendly. The salsa was so good and the GUACAMOLE WAS HOLY SHAH-MOLY GOOOOOOD! My husband who doesn’t normally even like guac ate his fill of it.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Santera Billings❤️

Santera Cocina & Tequila offers a dining experience that blends authentic Mexican cuisine with a vibrant atmosphere. The food is described as some of the best outside of Mexico, with standout dishes like the chicken queso enchilada and fresh heaping pile of Guacamole. The sides of rice and beans come in a large portion. For drinks, the flight of margaritas is highly recommended, with all four being fantastic. Service is consistently fast and friendly, with knowledgeable staff who are great with suggestions, including for vegan diners. The atmosphere features fun upbeat music and transports guests from a back alley Tijuana family-owned restaurant to a high-rise rooftop in Mexico City. While the salsa is noted as very bland and there is a 3% credit card fee, the overall experience is stellar. One delivery issue with birria missing consume was resolved by the restaurant. This place has it all and is worth saving for return visits.
