Only my wife and myself in the store. They took our order (a milkshake and a sundae) and we paid.My wife got hers in about 5 minutes. A few people came and went but I got nothing.Finally I asked and they looked confused like I hadn't ordered and paid...or maybe I already ate it. They think I come in to watch someone else eat?No apology.Stainless was grubby.I was hoping for a good experience since it's close but I'm out.

My husband and I went to get some sandwiches today and I ordered a BLT. We paid and then were told they didn't have the ingredients for a BLT so I got the same sandwich as my husband. Not my favorite, but things happen. However, halfway through eating our sandwiches my husband pulled out a HAIR stuck in the cheese of his sandwich. No apology for the hair. But we were given a refund. We will not be coming back unfortunately.

As of January 1, 2022 this is temporarily closed until April 2022.Great local spot for an ice cream in the summertime or a sandwich for lunch. Very convenient location, within walking distance of several neighborhoods.

Great service and spectacular milkshakes! My kids were thrilled with what they got and I felt like the price point was fair. The lack of parking really suck though so beware of the fact there is no parking lot and you have to park on the street.
