The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple things were wrong. There was no apology, nothing.
We had to ask for a burger to be taken off that “the ticket didn’t print” (pretty sure she forgot to order) we waited 20 minutes for it to arrive, after the rest of the food came out. When we were told it was taken off, the receipt was the same price and it was NOT TAKEN OFF. We had to ask again.
This was just a small portion of the poor service we received.
