Without a doubt, best team of wildland caterers I have ever had! Every meal they have given has been superb, this is the gold standard other fire caterers should strive for! I have never had better tasting, more nutritious meals on an incident.
Went to Provisional International event this evening . Top notch . Best steak I've ever had at one of these events .
