When in Bozeman you must stop here. Oh my word!!! Flaky buttery delicious. And Kalo who helped us was phenomenal. Please come to Hamilton MT or at least Missoula.

I was a little disappointed with my visit. The bread was quite dense and hard, and the pastries, while flavorful, were unfortunately overbaked. Service was also slower than expected considering the short line. My sandwich took a long time to heat up in the toaster and was still cold inside. For the price, I had hoped for a bit more consistency. I only realized afterward that there was a microwave available, which would have been a better option than drying it out in the oven.

Their bakery goods are delicious but not worth the weight. They need to get a better system for getting you your food and checking out and they also need to get just plain brewed coffee.

All of the pastries and savory goods here are beyond words. The drinks are always tasty and consistently well-made. However I dare say the best part of this establishment is the staff! They are always incredibly friendly and helpful, offering to heat up items in the oven and they are wonderful conversationalists! 10/10 wonderful authentic French bakery!

Love the charming atmosphere, everyone there is so friendly and happy to help, the food is not only delicious but also beautifully prepared, and the drinks are always well and thoughtfully made. Definitely worth checking out and supporting. I myself may be a new regular.

There's a lot of talk about this place but we found it somewhat average. We did hear about the history of the owner and all the authenticity and certainly the looks of the food was up to p a r. But the actual pastries were not as much as we expected, not at all
