I really love this bakery but I was so disappointed when I got back for the season to taste the cinnamon roll focaccia again. I got a couple sourdough bread , ham and cheese croissant and cinnamon focaccia was not edible I think someone put salt on top with the icing and not just a little to balance flavor it was overpowering
I’ve been a regular at On the Rise Bread Co. in Bozeman for years, and they never disappoint! Their pastries and treats are absolutely delicious—flaky, buttery, and full of fresh Montana flavors. Whether it’s a blueberry cruffin, lemon raspberry Danish, huckleberry bun, or whatever seasonal special they have in the case, everything tastes homemade with care and quality ingredients.

This place has the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had by far, and I’ve had a lot of different breakfast burritos so that’s saying something. I’ve only tried the “kick in the pants” burrito, but I’m sure they are all just as good
