I love this place. I've been dining here for 10 years now, and they only have delicious food (especially the oven baked pizza and homemade bread). The servers are impeccable - always professionally dressed, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is upscale, hearty, and warm with a lovely outside patio on Main Street. Blackbird Kitchen is the place to go if you’re looking for a meal that tastes award-worthy.

Three of us popped in with no resie and the hostess was very helpful finding us a spot at the bar after a one-drink wait across the street. Once we settled in, Amann came over and made the whole experience magical. We followed all of his advice for shared dishes and he absolutely nailed everything from the eggplant to ragu pasta to the most delicate lamb chops I’ve ever had. He patiently guided through wine options and ensured we had a phenomenal experience. Great vibe, excellent meal with even better service!

Went for anniversary dinner and was not disappointed. Everything was excellent.
Attentive staff. Excellent food. Great place for sharing plates. We waited beyond our reservation time because folks were enjoying their time together at what we were told was our table. Staff brought us water and thanked us for our patience. They ended up comping our desserts as a thank you. Made a special family dinner all the more memorable.

We were a group of 6! We ordered two Mostarda pizzas and two kale salads for sharing... warning the salad is spicy. But the right amount of spice. We also shared a a ranch steak skewer. Very tasty and excellent service.

Wow. We drove through Bozeman and stopped here for dinner based on the excellent google reviews. We were able to score a table for 3 without a reservation. First, this place was hopping for 5 pm on a Sunday. Second, we absolutely cleaned our plates. We ordered the pickles, kale salad, shishito peppers, 2 pastas, the fumata pizza with an egg on top, a tiramisu and the chocolate budino. There were no leftovers to take home. I want to add that we were recently in Italy where we enjoyed some really incredible pizzas. This Fumata pizza served at Blackbird rivaled most of the Napolitan pizzas that we ate. I had to fight my family off to eat my pizza in peace. Eat here.
