A subpar experience across the board. - Restaurant was filled with smoke - I've been to many open kitchen restaurants and none have managed to fill the eating area with as smoke as this place. - Food is expensive but doesn't live up to the cost. $12 for bread and butter, $40 for a pork dish with broccoli that was rock hard - Everyone around us was having a bad experience; people sending food back, tables were so wiggly people couldn't eat off them, ordering items that were consistently out. It changes the ambiance when most people aren't satisfied Considering all the other amazing food in Bozeman, I would skip this place.

We had a poor experience because of notably bad service. The wait staff didn't know the difference between white meat and dark meat on a chicken. Requesting white meat led to an up-charge which we weren't told to expect. This is a brief example of the experience overall. We won't be going back again.

Beautiful building. Nice ambiance. Average food. Service is not bad but entrees are a bit much for the quality of the food.

Lovely night out with beautiful food and ambiance. The place was packed and everyone looked like they were having a good time. Very loud young woman at nearby table was the only downside.

The place cleaned out after happy hour. It was very noticeable and after ordering dinner, we figured out why. The appetizer of the mussels was delicious but everything else was pretty mediocre. The ambience was nice, except for our table was completely dark with no lights position toward it. I'd come back, but I'd only come for a happy hour like the rest of the crowd.

We enjoy this restaurant once or twice a year and always enjoy the food and the service. This was our anniversary and it was special.

Great spot for a group! We had a gathering of 10 for drinks and apps, and the service was top-notch. The food was standout—the beet carpaccio, charcuterie, and parm fries were all delicious. Attentive staff and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Waited at the table for a while before a server came over (approximately 20 minutes) otherwise the service and food were excellent.

The combination of the foods was nice and delicious. I had also a wine flight where I would also like to see the bottles and get an impression - I have seen that it is in the US not standard that wine is served on the table but to be honest this would just be a bit more exquisite and for someone like me it is important. In the restaurant it was a bit cold - which I would not mention if only I would have felt so, but this time even my boyfriend said so.

Great atmosphere, but the service was substantially lacking this time around. I took an old friend here because of how much I enjoyed eating here before. They did not have not one, but two of their best happy hour dishes out-of-stock, and we got there around 5:40pm. I was embarrassed with the service presented, but I know what it’s like working this kind of job, which is why I’ll still give it 4 stars. I am hopeful they’ll correct this in the future.

Brigade has the best happy hour in Bozeman hands down. It’s my go-to spot when I want great drinks and plates made for sharing (or honestly, my favorite…a perfect girl dinner). The bartenders are always so friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re meeting friends or just treating yourself, Brigade is truly one of the best spots in town.

Beautiful space, we had a table right next to the fireplace. The staters and entrees were tasty and well presented but not very warm when they arrived at the table. Wait staff very friendly

During my brief stay in Bozeman, I was eager for a remarkable dining experience, but it ultimately fell short of my expectations. I want to start by highlighting the positive aspects: the service was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. The ambiance was also appealing, with a rustic chic design that created a pleasant atmosphere.

However, the meal itself was a disappointment. I ordered the pork tenderloin, priced at $32, and anticipated a truly exceptional dish, especially since that cut is generally quite affordable. Unfortunately, I found myself underwhelmed. The dish featured four slices of pork that were unevenly cooked, accompanied by two sauces that didn't seem to complement each other. One sauce had a hint of flavor, while the other was completely bland. To add insult to injury, my side of broccolini consisted of just three small pieces. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will seek other options on my next visit.
