Great atmosphere, but the service was substantially lacking this time around. I took an old friend here because of how much I enjoyed eating here before. They did not have not one, but two of their best happy hour dishes out-of-stock, and we got there around 5:40pm. I was embarrassed with the service presented, but I know what it’s like working this kind of job, which is why I’ll still give it 4 stars. I am hopeful they’ll correct this in the future.

Brigade has the best happy hour in Bozeman hands down. It’s my go-to spot when I want great drinks and plates made for sharing (or honestly, my favorite…a perfect girl dinner). The bartenders are always so friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re meeting friends or just treating yourself, Brigade is truly one of the best spots in town.

During my brief stay in Bozeman, I was eager for a remarkable dining experience, but it ultimately fell short of my expectations. I want to start by highlighting the positive aspects: the service was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. The ambiance was also appealing, with a rustic chic design that created a pleasant atmosphere.

However, the meal itself was a disappointment. I ordered the pork tenderloin, priced at $32, and anticipated a truly exceptional dish, especially since that cut is generally quite affordable. Unfortunately, I found myself underwhelmed. The dish featured four slices of pork that were unevenly cooked, accompanied by two sauces that didn't seem to complement each other. One sauce had a hint of flavor, while the other was completely bland. To add insult to injury, my side of broccolini consisted of just three small pieces. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will seek other options on my next visit.

The only steak on the menu was a hanger steak, which is not a great cut to begin with. My steak was off, tasted like it was freezer burned, and my risotto was undercooked and crunchy. The only thing I ate with my dinner was my roasted carrots which were cooked perfectly. It was $40 and wasn’t worth $15. My wife’s rice was cold. We got a charcuterie board, again not great. My old fashion was very good. It took quite a while for dessert to get to the table. The music was very load and all over the place with the type of music. We were there last year and it was awesome but based on this trip I will never go back.

Atmosphere cool but see the server up for failure as she had a bunch of tables up front and we were 10 in the back. were there for 35 minutes before our wine was served. The food was also very mediocre and the NY strip was tough and full of gristle. They also ran out of steak and 2 people had to order alternatives. the special Hanger steak with risotto was pretty bad resulting in my son in law not being able to finish it and buying a PBJ sandwich from the gas station which he said was more filling. Not impressed for an expensive meal

The burger was ok but super soggy after a few minutes. Fries were nice & crisp but literally just sprinkled with parm, was expecting more seasoning. They have high chairs but no kids menu.

Interior designers/architects knew what they where doing.
Staff is amicable, not intrusive...nice.
DO NOT ASK FOR A DECENT COFFEE, otherwise
food is what you expect from a business oriented establishment, not particularly your friendly customer palette wholesome spot.
More in the line of boutique kitchen, not to formal yet not a feel good food joint.

Amazing, eclectic brunch menu including raw oysters, eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffle, and salmon bagel! Our party of 4 tried them all and everything was perfectly prepared!

Meh... fell flat on the food. NY steak and frittes was lackluster. Steak on the salad was equally unimpressive. Quinoa salad have potential be good , but was mediocre. The prices do not commiserate with quality of food. We did enjoy the tequila mango puree drink with the Tajin and Smokey elements.

Nice looking place, good cocktails, attentive service. If only the food matched the rest of the package. Overdressed salad, dry pork chop with no mole sauce, mushy branzino with weird curry rice. There's a lot of competition in Bozeman. Hopefully they can get things right.

Amazing service and the bison short ribs were stellar! They greeted us with champagne as we mentioned it was our anniversary. The mussels and French onion soup were delicious.
