I cant say enough good things about plonk! everything is delicious and the service is amazing. Leah was so especially helpful and made my experience even better! one of my favorite spots in bozeman
Plonk has excellent cocktails at a good price. But the real thing that separates them from literally every bar on earth is their service. They have the most attentive staff west of the Mississippi, and east for that matter. Even if you are just drinking water, they will not let that glass be empty for more than 12 seconds on average.
