“Very busy, very tasty, surprisingly short wait because we were willing to sit at the bar. They have a limited menu that is very well done. The burrata was exceptional and the pasta was perfectly cooked and sauced. The atmosphere is buzzy and vibrant. Perfect place for a date night, maybe not great for a huge party.

Kid-friendliness: This is not a restaurant for kids. Everyone will be happier if the kids stay home, especially them.“

“What a small world. I didn't realize when we walked in that I'd be transported back home. Bill is a Wisconsin native, actually grew up 20 mins maybe from me so to get to support a fellow cheesehead and enjoy the most incredible pasta was such a treat. “My husband, daughter and I had dinner at Tanglewood last night and we had the most wonderful experience. First, our waitress Chloe was so nice and helpful. Second, the food was just fantastic. But at the end of our meal something happened that has never happened to us before. Our tab was paid by someone else in the restaurant. “If you have any ties to the south at all you will enjoy this food! Great food and great service! The fried chicken sandwich with Alabama white sauce is fabulous! The pizza is the best I have ever had! The milk and honey dessert - well, let’s just say I am headed back to Alabama and am going to see if I can get close to recreating it! My only suggestion is if you are going to have “war eagle” heirloom grits, you should have a “Roll Tide” option also! Well done! Love the atmosphere!“

“Wow! What an amazing crew at City Vineyard! I called Steve up on a Thursday asking if they could accommodate a large order of 35 individual charcuterie boxes for a business meeting on Tuesday of the next week. He went to work with his amazing staff and called me back to clarify my order and make sure all would work out several times. He made sure our order was spot on and the gal that put our boxes together was an absolute rock star. Jessie (sp) was a workhorse and came in at 6:00am to put everything together for us. The boxes were put together with precision and care. They were beautiful, delicious, and a huge hit at our meeting! I would recommend this crew for any event you are planning for tasty, filling treats and amazing service. I can’t wait to come back with my family members when we are in town. Thank you! “Only a 4 star right now because we only went there to check out the place and have a drink and app. The appetizer was good, the service was fair for how busy it was. But the overall atmosphere was really nice. Will definitely be going back to have a full meal and see it if lives up to the 1st visit“

“Been to the AC twice in the past week. Such great service at both the AC Lounge and Benchmark. A must stay in Bozeman! Tina B. was bartending both nights and is absolutely amazing. I found Fielding's on a whim while looking for late(ish) dining in Bozeman. Was I randomly searching for a restaurant that served Bone Marrow? Maybe. Regardless, I'm glad we ended up here.

Located in the Armory, this restaurant absolutely blew us away. My favorite part? Having the Chef check in on us throughout our meal to explain each dish in exquisite detail. What a gem! Our server was a kind young gentleman.

Let's get to the food, shall we?

First up, the Cornbread Skillet. It's buttery perfection. Covered in burnt honey butter - this shareable did not disappoint. It has a slight spicy kick that balances out the sweetness of the cornbread.

Next is the Roasted Bone Marrow. I've always been a bone marrow-lovin' girly so this was a dish after my own heart. I would've liked just a tiny bit more salt but that's just me. Served on top of brioche toast, it basically just melts in your mouth.

I was extremely surprised by the Grilled Ruby Trout.
Trout is always a hit or miss for me in restaurants because it's often overcooked - but not here! This little trout came in from Idaho (at least that's what we were told and was cooked perfectly). What really helped elevate this dish was the charred broccoli.

Craving some fried chicken? Look no further. Every single piece of chicken was tender and evenly cooked. The crispy chicken skin was oh so yummy.

Did we have room for dessert? Absolutely not but we will next time!

The restaurant itself has an elevated and classy vibe. The staff members are some of the beat. And, well, then there's the food...
