8 Best Italian Restaurants near Bozeman

“Very busy, very tasty, surprisingly short wait because we were willing to sit at the bar. They have a limited menu that is very well done. The burrata was exceptional and the pasta was perfectly cooked and sauced. The atmosphere is buzzy and vibrant. Perfect place for a date night, maybe not great for a huge party.

Kid-friendliness: This is not a restaurant for kids. Everyone will be happier if the kids stay home, especially them.“

Bill is a Wisconsin native, actually grew up 20 mins maybe from me so to get to support a fellow cheesehead and enjoy the most incredible pasta was such a treat. “Traveling for work and needed to grab something and head to the hotel. I thought the review photos were nice and the menu was definitely interesting. My coworker agreed to go so we went and ordered. I got a Sergio and a cannoli. The pizza was really good. I enjoyed every bite. My coworker got the pepperoni and in the car he opened the box to check on it and his looked really good. Mine did too when I got to the hotel.

However, the cannoli... not so much. The filling was unlike any that I have had before (not in a good way) and the whole thing had a hint of something minty. Not sure how that happened to be but although not horrible enough to throw in trash as another reviewer did (which that was the reason I had to try it, surely it couldn't be that bad?). It looked like a cannoli but the texture and taste was not what a cannoli in other parts of the world taste like.

“It’s been years and I live thousands and thousands of miles away from Bozeman now, but I still crave Colombo’s pizza and pasta more than anyone else’s. One of, if not the best pizza places ever!“

“Should have went with first instinct when we walked in the door and walked out. Place not very busy so seated right away. Drinks took 30 to 45 mins. another 20 for order to be taken. Ours was taken after other table seated after us. no more drink service or waitress for next 30 minutes. Final had to go ask for drink refills. Food took hour and half to show up! Food was ok. Will never go back. Also about 95 degrees in there.“
