Just an expensive Chuck E. Cheese. Kids everywhere, place is loud food taste like sauced up chicken nuggets (never get boneless). Was there for 2 hours. Waiter only refilled once. Food took an hour and a half to come out. Seriously what happened to this place it used to be to be decent now I will never go.

I didn’t catch the servers name but the dude with the short beard only stopped by our table 3 times in the two hours we were there. Took forever for the food to get out to us. The sauces were wrong. The place wasn’t even busy. It was less than half full.

This place was definitely the best part of my day!

The food is great, I tried a bit of everything as it was my first time at the BWW and it was really delicious.

The best part is definitely the staff! I was there on a Friday evening and everyone I encountered since entering the place to getting my takeout was super nice. Special thanks to awesome manager, really the best, friendliest and helpful guy able to solve any issue (I didn’t catch the name unfortunately), and Lauren (if I got the name correctly), a very charming girl at the takeout.

I hope to be back one day and I really recommend trying this place out!

This review is not about this specific Buffalo Wild Wings location. It is about UberEats. I ordered from BWW on UberEats a few months ago. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and subbed out the chips for fries. When I received the order, the fries were missing! I checked the receipt and the fries were no longer on the receipt even though I was sure I ordered them, but seeing as how they did not charge me for the fries, I could do nothing and forgot about it. I ordered the same order yesterday for lunch and the fries were missing again! I checked my receipt and the fries were not on there. I called UberEats and they let me know that they could not see the fries on there as well and it was sent to Buffalo Wild Wings that way. Unfortunately, UberEats could not fix the issue immediately, but just be aware that if you sub out the chips for fries, BWW will not receive the sub change and the chips will not show up either.

Passing through town. There was nothing wrong with the food. The service, on the other hand, was not good. Our waitress didn't come by our table after our food was served. We even waited for our ticket. We wanted to order more food but decided not to since no one ever came by our table. We did the unusual and tipped poorly because the service was poor.

I had a terrible experience ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings through DoorDash. When my order arrived, it looked like someone had helped themselves to my food before it was packed up. Even worse, my burger and fries were completely missing. It’s honestly shocking and unacceptable. I strongly advise caution if you’re thinking about ordering from this location through DoorDash.

Bryce is the man. Great customer service. Very respectful, polite, attentive and fast. My man needs a raise he is by far the best server/ customer service I've had in Bozeman.

A little slow with seating and the food, but overall it was alright. We got the bottomless apps, and there was once when the mozzarella sticks were getting cold, but overall the staff was very friendly, and the food was good.

We waited over 45 min for 2 orders of wings and one order of fingers. They arrived and tasted like they had been under the light for 30min. The fries were not edible. And they brought new ones. We discussed the issues with the bartender and waiter. I expected a little discount. Yea. Nope. Pitiful. Terrible experience for 100$

Came on a Monday night, and Alexis was a phenomenal server. Her recommendations were on point, and she made sure my two favorite guys had their fill of the all-you-can-eat wings, our drinks stayed fresh, and that Nashville hot chicken sandwich was bomb.

The atmosphere was positive, clean, and family-friendly.

After getting home to Belgrade, we realized we were missing one of the entrees we had ordered for take out. Not a huge deal for how busy it was in there today, so we called and confirmed that the food was in their kitchen still and that we would come back and pick it up. We asked that the 1 item be comped due to the inconvenience (45 minutes of driving).

After getting back to the restaurant, Chloe at the takeout counter was still running around doing a great job taking care of clients. She remembered us and said she would run back to grab our missing item. This is when every thing went down hill. Brayden, a manager of some sort, came out and apologized for the inconvenience. He then proceeded to tell us we could get a refund in the form of a BWW gift card and no food, or take the food. We opted for the food (as it was half of our dinner). He then goes in the back for about 10 minutes before bringing our food out and saying to have a good night.

Overall, Chloe was doing a great job, 5/5 for handling the amount of guests and door dashes revolving through the door. And -1/5 for Brayden the manager for poor service and not noticing or helping his staff. At this point it is not about the food or the money, but the principle.
