La Unica Pupuseria is a hidden gem with great unique food that is gluten free. They are very friendly and helpful, and the host was welcoming and kind. The bean and cheese papusa was perfect, very hot, good size, with a little bag of curtido(cabbage slaw). The steak tacos were amazing, with the most delicious tortilla and a lot of flavor. Pupusas and custom pupusas were full of flavor and the cook hooking them up with two different styles. The frutas de agua paired and made the experience feel like el salvador for a second. The shaded seating area outside you sit in the shade and enjoy crisp Montana air and mountain views while eating. Service was quick and super, and employee was kind. Out of town came back a second day and says they back tomorrow.
