Food was prepared ok the breakfast burritos barely had anything inside. There bean burrito and avocado chicken ranch stacker was good. The staff didnt greet or say have a nice day when we left. The manager was yelling at the employees while we were in the dining area about times and didnt help just went back into the office. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was dirty the trash next to the toilet was full and toilet paper was very low.
I know it's semantics and I kind of messed up in ordering but the crew there were just rock stars to remake my burritos
Thank you for my cantina, I love you Taco Bell

Taco Bell offers a mixed experience with fast food and customer service. The drive-thru service is praised for its efficiency and kindness, with a 11/10 rating for the cashier's professionalism in handling wrong orders. However, the online order pickup inside the restaurant seems to lack priority, as workers focused more on the drive-thru. The small parking lot adds to the inconvenience, especially when workers occupy many spaces, sometimes making it hard to find a spot. Customers also mentioned that the staff sometimes forget to unlock doors or give out cups, and the overall service can feel rushed. Despite these issues, many guests enjoy the food, describing it as "bussin’" and expressing nostalgia for their favorite meals like Taco Bell. The restaurant faces challenges in staffing, partly because of low wages and the difficulty workers have in affording living costs. Overall, it’s a place where people come for quick, tasty meals, even if the service isn’t perfect every time.
