I expected more from this restaurant. I was especially disappointed in their margaritas. They serve them in this huge glass and charge $15 for what is mainly margarita mix.I did like the fact that they had a low cholesterol bean option as a substitute for refried beans.The portion sizes are good . I had plenty of leftovers.
My family and I come to Fiesta Mexicana pretty often and it never disappoints. The food is delicious, staff is cordial, drinks are good, and we leave with full stomachs and leftover boxes. Only one time out of the many times I’ve gone has the carne asada been a little too well done but overall, most trips it has been on point. Fiesta Mexicana in Bozeman and Belgrade are totally inconsistent. When they are good, they shine, BUT you go back for the exact same thing and get burnt food, Mexican Pizza, lacking ocndiments like lettuce, tomato and sour cream, Quesadilla. I sure wish they would do better, this Gallatin Valley is hurting for decent food without tomorrow's prices.
