Absolutely terrible. I’ve never been so close to walking out on a tab, but in my defense, the server visited our table legitimately two times, once to take our order and once to drop off the (cold) food. Left cash on the table, food was terrible, service was worse.

I come here a lot and I came here with my best friend and we both ordered a milk shake I got vanilla and usually we get the extra milk shake but we didn't and we didn't get a lot of the milk shake Ingenral

My waitress Brittney warmly welcomed me and promptly took my food order. I had a Cowboy Bob with an egg. Awesome! The fries were prepared as well as the burger. I finished off my meal with a 🍓 strawberry shake. Made with Wilcoxson (LIVINGSTON MT) vanilla ice cream, milk and real strawberries... just the kind of meal I was looking for and Brittney just made the whole experience even better with some light converaat.

Burgers were amazing, however I ordered a Sprite and it tasted horrible, upon asking the waitress she admitted the Sprite and lemonade at their establishment was pretty bad. Did not receive a check until our card was laid on the table and didn’t know the full amount of bill until card was ran. Tried to say goodbye upon leaving but was ignored. Left feeling like we shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

Announcement! At 4pm the kitchen staff lock up ALL the spoons so even it you arrive at 4:01pm, they cannot, I repeat CANNOT make you a milkshake because at 4pm they stop making milkshakes because the kitchen staff lock up all the spoons and they want to be more bar-y. Even if you try to order a milkshake on the bar side, it’s useless because all the spoons are locked up somewhere… I heard this from a waitress today so I know the info is true, my source can confirm or you can go to Burger Bobs after 4 to check & let them know you want the milkshakes back- after 4pm. Tell them the 4:01 milkshake drinker sent you and let’s bring them back together🤜🏽

UPDATE: stopped in again today, my daughter didn’t want to go anywhere else. They still suck just as bad as they did 3 years ago, I should have not even ordered anything. Everything was cold again! I swear they find the worst servers to employ, I have severed most of life and would never treat a table the way they do here.
Stopped by today for lunch, and honestly it was the worst experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. Ordered our drinks, my milk shake came melted and gross. When our server finally came we order food and waited 30 to 40 minutes for food, guess what it came cold. So we ate what we could, he finished his I didn’t it was cold and gross. Then waited at least 45 minutes for her to come back with our check which I had to ask a different server to get for us. Don’t waste 45 dollars on this place like we did.
I was told that my 2 dauters where sitting there for over an hour wall there was no one there

Stopped in today and had a really good lunch. Perfect Original Burger. Jane was on duty behind the bar and in the dining room. She provided great service and charming dialogue. Fun stop, good food. We will be going back the next time we are in Bozeman.
