If you do not have this place in your list when visiting Bozeman, you better add it! This was hands down the best nigiri I have ever had in my life! The drunken noodles (1 bison and 1 chicken) were excellent as well. Friendly and attentive staff. 10/10 recommend.
Fantastic farm-to-table food with unbeatable, fresh flavor. I’d recommend requesting Sage as your server. She’s the best in the business!
Got the Mongolian Bison - never had bison before but it was excellent! The shrimp appetizer was good too.
