“Veggie pesto sandwich had tons of great flavor and it wasa nice sized sandwich! What I was truly surprised by was how much I loved the fries…. I’ll be thinking about those for a long time. Service was very friendly and timely. Will definitely come back when in the area again!!“
“Open space ambiance lined with booths with early 1900s decor. The beef is fresh and makes a very flavorful burger. I've had a few, and they are tasty. Everything, as far as I can tell, is scratch made, including the rolls. I was a little disappointed with the poutine as the curds did not have any tanginess to them. The fries are cut fresh, and I wish they would pre blanch them to make them crisper.“
“The food and service is always great! That has not changed I just left one star off because I noticed there are so many men with beards assembling and cooking food without anything over them. I can't be the only one bothered by that right?? I don't want to be mean because this is a good place with good food and nice people but that's a pretty big risk to take and based on the food safety training I have done before I am surprised it's allowed.“
“I will stop in and eat here every time I visit Bozeman. The world could use a few more places like this. Burgers are creative, fresh and damn delicious. They hook you up with the sides whether it be fries or rings (A+ rings). Plus, the soundtrack...gimme more places like this. They get it. Super burger joint. Miss you already.“
“I loved this historical visit in downtown Bozeman, MT! Drawn in by the nostalgic feeling of history being shared with many others. And to boot…it was awesome! I had the plank salmon and it was cooked just right with a little crisp edge and succulent juicy tender meat. I enjoyed my meal greatly. Ian on a diet or would be entertaining desert n but hey maybe next time….“
“It's absolutely my favorite restaurant in Bozeman. It is deceiving from the outside. Be brave, open the heavy wood door, and through the summer seating area to a very relaxing dining room, and bar.FYI, not a fan of Mexican food, the burgers and fried chicken burger are so very yummy!Parking: The parking lot at the cannery district is large but very busy.Kid-friendliness: There were a few families with well-behaved kids when I was there last.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is new, and handicapped parking spaces are at the door.“
“Perfectly cooked salmon. I was shook by how delicious and perfectly cooked the grilled salmon was. When I asked the server what the best meals were she said the Original Bob (burger) and Bob’s Grilled Salmon. We got both and it did not disappoint on either dish! The burger was juicy and seasoned just right to complement the fresh beef, all on a delicious soft bun with crispy fries on the side. I would not have expected to get a salmon dinner when I walked into a burger joint and I could not have been more wrong. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly, and seasoned and sauced perfectly to complement the fish and not overpower it in any way. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through my meal! The atmosphere was fun and the staff were so fun and friendly, and prices were more than reasonable. We will be coming back whenever we visit town!“
“Mom and I stopped in, visiting Bozeman for the weekend. Had the best burgers of our lives. Service was incredible. Planning to move out here and will be visiting frequently when I do. No pics bc I chowed down too fast.EDIT: Just went back for a second time in my weekend trip and it was still amazing. I love it. Will be back here. I got pics this time! Malibu Chicken Wrap was delicious and so were the cheese curds and ranch!Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options, but there’s definitely stuff you can eat if you come hereKid-friendliness: It’s noisy and people are drinking, so it might not be the best place to bring your kids, but it’s not like a trashy dive bar you’d be covering their eyes and ears in the whole time. Would bring my kids to eat here so long as the noise doesn’t bother themWheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible, all seating is high-top“
“This place has actually been better since it was sold. They still have the exact same burgers, fries, & shakes but the hours have expanded and they seem to be more top of it as the line goes faster then before. My one complaint is the outdated speaker and the horrible drive through lane. This small lane with the obstructions make it difficult for vehicles that have bad turning, made worse by 4X4 for the ice & snow. I would hope that upgrading this speaker system that was probably from when it first opened in the 80's. It's often difficult to hear what's being ordered and you have to repeat your self. I also hate how you have to pull out onto Huffines or try to go back around the building to get through to pull out on the other side. They should put cones or barricades to push the drive through lines up closer to the building so this path is not blocked which causes cars trying to go that way to be stuck in a line they are not needing to be in and this pushes cars back into the street sometimes or even backs up traffic on Huffines with cars stuck behind someone waiting for the line to move so they can pull in. The food & employees are great, my biggest complaint is the traffic created as a result of the drive through lines but the burgers, fries, & shakes are worth the wait or so many would not be sitting in line waiting for it.Parking: There is only a limited number of parking spaces. This is a drive though or to go only place so parking is non existent.“
“Food was good service was great bartender was very professional I reminded her about splitting my bill she got a little bit offended because she already said she would do it but in my business they always forget so I just reminded her anyway she was a “
“Just got home after eating at Liberty Burger in the Market near Sidewinders on Huffine. We are from Bozeman and have seen burger places come and go or offer an expensive a-la-carte menu that falls short. The restaurant is more of a "kiosk" located between two other restaurant spaces and the seating surrounds the "kiosk" and has an almost "fancy food court" feel. The menu is diverse in its offerings but not so complicated that it makes it impossible for those cooking to deliver. Service was friendly as we placed our orders. My wife ordered the "Liberty" burger and I ordered "The Nooner" burger. We ordered two orders of fries and a side of "O Rings (thick-sliced onion rings with seasoned breading). I ordered a custard Oreo shake and she ordered a Coke. Business was steady and yet our food was prepared accurately and efficiently. After eating our burgers we agreed that they were delicious. The burger wasn't overcooked nor was it raw, the fries (shoestring style) were tasty and there were plenty of them, and the custard shake was a perfect dessert. The only part of the meal we did not completely enjoy was the onion rings and that was more due to our specific tastes in onion rings. We found them well-seasoned but the onion almost overpowered the breading and we prefer more thinly sliced and smaller onion rings. Overall, we would highly recommend Liberty Burger and would rank it in the top 3 of Bozeman burger restaurants.“
“Outstanding friendly service, very attentive and eager to serve. Important to point out because so many other restaurants in Bozeman do not. I really enjoyed the Madonna sandwich and fries. I wasn’t in love with the finger steaks my wife ordered, too mushy. It was a bit loud to carry a conversation but it is a college bar so go prepared.“
“As usual there is always a wait in drive up.Came inside for the first time since the remodel to find a disappointment. The comfortable chairs have been replaced by fewer hard wooden seats that are designed to stop community members from meeting and enjoying time together around their food.“
“CURRENTLY ON REDUCED HOURSCholms is currently reducing its hours for spring break. 11-4The burgers here are definitely solid. I personally would say this is one of the better burger shops in town. However, it does have one small issue. The small problem it has is that it has almost no sides, only bagged chips, and soda can. Luckily, the other trucks nearby will have good side options.“
