My husband and I found this cute little cafe by accident trying to find a breakfast place that didn't have a long line. Cool Beans Espresso is right next to Main Street Overeasy inside a building. I was privileged to get a pre-opening, sneak peak at Bozeman's Cool Beans Espresso after having a lovely breakfast at the adjacent eatery, Main Street Overeasy. (same owners, same great service) A few days later, I also got to sample a flavored espresso during their soft opening. I got the drink to go, and didn't take the first sip until I was out on the street - but it was SO GOOD, I turned around and went right back in to compliment the staff. Coffee was delicious! Service was great! Ambiance was fine. We actually grabbed some coffee as we waited to be seated next door for brunch. Then grabbed a coffee after brunch. Very delicious!
