As far as sweet treats and food go, DQ is not bad at all with their Blizzards being consistently good. However their service is consistently abysmal. You're guaranteed to have a long wait time especially if your unfortunate to think the drive through is a fast option. DQ has had a staffing problem for as long as I can remember at this locations which goes to show the quality of the word environment.

First, let’s start with the fact that my daughter had to absolutely make sure Bozeman had a Dairy Queen! Second we had amazing kind and humble customer service. It’s been a long time since I have experienced this type of atmosphere and society and it was amazing sense of fresh air to experience the humbleness and the kindness and the friendliness that we got from the staff in the store 10 out of 10 recommend!

Couldn’t even get what we wanted. They shouldn’t pre close so early. They were very friendly either. Needs to be some corrective action the very least a dwop
Walked out. Wife and walked in wanting meal and ice cream. It was about 5p on a Friday and it was busy.
Three people walked past the front counter without acknowledging my presence or saying hi we'll be right with you.
We walked out and left.

The blizzards are blizzards i mean you can't say anything bad about that. But there were staff yelling at each other, some staff skipping ahead lots of orders, and me and my friend got served twice because someone flew past the order but didn't finish it. The inside of the DQ looks kinda run down and creepy in a way.

Very small interior. Quaint but not really designed for dine-in experience. Food was good, however took longer than expected. Overall...okay.

Extreme wait time inside compared to Drive Thru. I did not get what I ordered, the flavor of the blizzard, and it was already melted. The poor person who appeared to be responsible for ice cream seemed clueless and was OBVIOUSLY not trained. That is NOT their fault—it is the management’s responsibility to train adequately so the worker bee can best serve the customer. I called and spoke with assistant manager. I told him he better not take this out on the untrained person. MANY guys working there walked by without helping the untrained person and one that did stop was completely rude and unhelpful to the new employee.
I can’t even go there any more. I started my teenage jobs at a Dairy Queen. And I am a harsh critic of bad customer service and bad management. If Zero was a star rating, that’s what I would choose.
