I had a decent experience at the ice cream shop. The service was okay, but not outstanding. The ice cream was good, but not the best I've had. I ordered a cone, and it took a bit longer than expected to arrive.
The staff was friendly, but seemed a bit distracted. The flavors were good, but not unique. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough, and it was just okay. Maybe it was just me, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

Order taker was SUPER rude and short with me. Ordered a 4pc chicken strip basket and he goes “with ranch or bbq” stretching out his words and I said bbq please but not the sauce and tossed. He goes “yeah I know I just needed to know what side of sauce you want anything else” a lot of it was just tone. I’m “genuinely” so sorry I inconvenienced you today 😂😂 have a better day

To the girl working at Dairy Queen off of 7th and mendenhall me and my little brother come here all the time and eat, we currently just went through the drive through of Dairy Queen and this blonde girl with a braid in and a beanie was very disrespectful and rude. We were just trying to enjoy a meal and until she served major attitude with our meal and didn’t even talk to us once or had a smile on her face. We thought that this was very unprofessional and out of line. Very disappointed with the service we had when we come here all of the time. If you don’t like your job then don’t take it out on your customers because it is very well seen that you hate you your job. And don’t want to be there.

I had a craving for a dilly and a buster bar and got them! Parking was tough, but good for them--lots of business. I was put off by the directness (harshness?) of the uber-efficient, military-trained manager/cashier. I just stood back and kept my mouth shut--until I got my buster bar!
They've really upped their game in the past year or so. I never have issues with missing items, the food is expensive but really good, and the employees are friendly and professional. I have zero complaints.

As far as sweet treats and food go, DQ is not bad at all with their Blizzards being consistently good. However their service is consistently abysmal. You're guaranteed to have a long wait time especially if your unfortunate to think the drive through is a fast option. DQ has had a staffing problem for as long as I can remember at this locations which goes to show the quality of the word environment.

First, let’s start with the fact that my daughter had to absolutely make sure Bozeman had a Dairy Queen! Second we had amazing kind and humble customer service. It’s been a long time since I have experienced this type of atmosphere and society and it was amazing sense of fresh air to experience the humbleness and the kindness and the friendliness that we got from the staff in the store 10 out of 10 recommend!
