Dinner with Chef Austin and his team was fantastic. Extremely professional and friendly. The food was amazing and they cleaned the kitchen so well you would never have known they were there.
Chef Austin is a culinary genius. We first hired him locally for our rental stay in Montana and as well as our home in Wisconsin recently. Both times have been the best food experience all of us have ever had! We still talk about the tempura quail and waffles to this day. Chef Austin and his team CRUSHED this. So many highlights. Food was spectacular. The service, personal touches, and dish explanations really made it unique. I’d fly back to Montana just to come do this again.
