Bagelworks

Great to have a bagel away from the northeast but this was probably the slowest service I’ve ever seen for bagels. We didn’t even get things from the grill, we got a bagel with veggies and egg and one with lox and were waiting 30 minutes. Bagels weren’t great either but this was noon on a Sunday (maybe there wasn’t a fresh batch)Also the kitchen and prep area was pretty gross. Not really sure why there’s so many negative reviews about this place. I’ve been going here for a while and every time I stop in the service is always great. I see a lot of reviews about the place being dirty but I think that’s just the nature of being in a place that’s not all shiny and white. Stopped in this weekend to Grab a dozen bagels and some cream cheese. They were busy as expected on a Saturday. The Staff that assisted us were friendly enough, nothing spectacular but nice.The bagels on the other hand were burnt and crunchy. I have grabbed bagels here a few times and never been blown away. The flavors are also very limited. The bagels we received today were not golden brown and chewy they were crunchy and dark brown on the top. Super disappointed. We didn't realize...read full review
