On a whim I decided to try Dry Fly Saloon for dinner while in town, and I am so glad I did! I ordered the Southwest Chopped Salad with steak and it was fabulous! Perfect steak/sweet potato combo with a little almond crunch, and avocado ranch. Get. This. Salad.
We stayed at Field & Stream and ended up eating at The Dry Fly multiple times during our visit. Breakfast was amazing every time—such a great restaurant to have right on site. The staff is incredible, and we truly never had a bad meal. Highly recommend whether you’re staying at Field & Stream or just looking to venture out for a great meal in Bozeman!

The inside of the place looks great but the atmosphere is a bit of a head-scratcher. It’s part log cabin steakhouse, part outdoor enthusiast’s, fly fishing theme , and part sports bar. The staff uniforms are horrible and don’t seem to match any of the above?? Each time I've been there the TV at the bar is playing a football...
