Amazingly fresh ceviche. The owner is from Ecuador and imports ingredients that you can only get in Ecuador for an authentic taste. Must visit and taste the different unique marinades. I chose the coconut lime. Also, the Naranjilla juice is something you can only get in Ecuador .. like an orange and a papaya.

Refreshing scratch made South American style ceviche in a rustic cozy shop. This was a nice surprise to find. The food was fresh and delicious. You have four choices tuna, white fish, shrimp and octopus which come with a variety of fruits and vegetables and served with plantain chips and rice. I only wish they had a cold beer to enjoy with it.

One of the best experiences I've had dining in Bozeman!A couple friends and I wanted to try something new so we chose this place. The service was next level on all accounts. The food was amazing (I'd recommend liking ceviche but they also offered to make just veggie bowls). They juiced some fruits and let us try all these different juices that made us feel like we were on a beach! The fish was super fresh tasting, also! It was just an overall really grand experience and I'd recommend it to anyone. Family owned business and very knowledgeable about everything you're eating. 10/10
