20 minutes in the drive thru. I got to the counter and they were all standing around and weren't working.. coffee had no flavor. Highly disappointed
They are very inconsistent when it comes to your order. I love the flavor of their stuff most days but the temp of their drinks is either lukewarm or so hot is scorches your mouth. The first time it happened I wasn’t expecting it to be so hot because their stuff had been lukewarm, needless to say it fried my mouth and throat and then again today knowing it could be overly hot I sipped it and again burned the skin on the roof of my mouth. staff is kinda rude.. when asked if they can make an undertow they say yes but actually don't know how. It's okay to say no when you don't know how to make something. just to help out a little here ya go.. "Pour about an inch of cold half-and-half (or milk) into a small cup or glass, then add two pumps of vanilla syrup. Prepare espresso and let it brew, then pour over an upside-down spoon so that the hot espresso shots will float atop the cream or milk."
