Food for Thought absolutely blew us away! Bader and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. The food was incredible — our guests could not stop talking about it all night! I even saw a group of guys hovering by the waiters, waiting for the next plate of appetizers to come out — it was hilarious and such a testament to how amazing everything tasted.
The food tasting was also one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process — everything was so delicious, and it made us even more excited for the big day.
The service was seamless, professional, and kind. The bartending staff handled a constant line of guests with total calm and professionalism. I also loved that they thoughtfully set aside bride and groom plates for us — it was the perfect late-night and next-day treat!
Every detail was handled with care, and Bader even extended cocktail hour so we could keep enjoying time with our guests. Truly top-notch food, staff, and service — everything was perfect in every way. I can’t recommend Food for Thought enough!

We had a great experience with Food For Thought for our small, casual wedding. I didn't want a fully staffed event but I did want good food and Bader offered the perfect in between! We were able to pick up trays of food the day before with easy to follow heating instructions. It was very straightforward and still delicious food! Even the simple garden salad was amazing! Tbh I wished I would've gotten more food just so I could try more things on the menu. Plus, Bader made communication and planning very easy. Totally recommend for a smaller wedding event!

Not only was Badar the nicest and easiest man to work with, his skills of organization and perfectionism were priceless! We honestly could not have done this large wedding without him!!! We had a wonderful experience with Food for Thought Catering for our all-company offsite lunch. Bader was responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating of several dietary intolerances. 100000/10!!! Bader with Food for Thought was truly one of the MVPs of our wedding weekend. From the moment we started planning, he went above and beyond—thoughtful, creative, and worked seamlessly with our team, which is exactly what every bride needs.

Thursday before the wedding, he kicked things off by catering our welcome party for 200 with a light dinner and the most delicious passed hors d’oeuvres. The highlight may have been his signature custom ranch waters—he took our personalized Topo Chico bottles, refilled them with his homemade ranch water recipe. It was such a memorable touch and idea that I had and he took it and made it happen. He also crafted a custom drink from a menu I love so much, using his own housemade recipe as well -- every detail was intentional, fresh, and elevated!

The next day, he seamlessly delivered packed lunches for 25 guys heading out to fly fish on the river. The food was fresh and the guys loved it -- delivered very early 45 minutes from his office after the large gathering the night before.

Then for the wedding day -- that morning, he dropped off the most beautiful spread for the girls getting ready: sandwiches, wraps, cheeses, fruit -- all fresh, artfully displayed, and with zero disruption. It was everything we needed without us having to lift a finger.

And then, the main event. Bader handled food and bar for our 350-person wedding and completely NAILED it. He started the evening by lining the entracne with servers offering lemonade, water, and champagne as they headed to be seated for the ceremony. Signature cocktails with edible flowers, incredible passed apps, a well-staffed bar, and a seamless dinner service that felt effortless and looked stunning. I mean stunning. The service was above and beyond. One of my most favorite things about Bader is that in the midst of the chaos he took the time to bring me one of each passed apps and each of the specialty cocktails to try while I was in the bridal suite getting ready for the reception during cocktail hour -- super special and personal. We had a spicy reposado marg, a huckleberry mule, and an old fashion that were made again with his homemade favorings. Not to even mention how everyone raved over the food. It was served on time so it was hot and delicious!

Every single item was homemade, thoughtfully crafted, and delicious. He took every request and made it happen!! Bader doesn’t just cater -- he creates an experience. I cannot recommend Food for Thought enough. He made our weekend unforgettable.

Absolutely do not book with this company. I just had a $2600 dinner show up to a house that was nothing as ordered. Buyer beware. Find someone else.

Food for Thought delivered outstanding food and service to our wedding celebration party. From the appetizers to the desserts, our guests raved about the food. And everything occurred on time just as it was all planned. We will hire Food for Thought again and so should everyone else !
