Our family style dinner was a top-complimented element of our night, thanks to FFT's commitment to local/organic, DELICIOUS, perfectly-plated and presented food and non-stop service. Bader and his team really listened to my vision for having sophisticated yet soul-warming food, craft cocktails, and a high level of service for a seamless guests experience - all of which FFT over-delivered on, making it feel 5-star. I'm talking no lines at the bar, everyone well fed and attended to through the many hours of our event. Bader and his staff even went the extra mile of hand-delivering drinks to the bridal party, saving late-night to-go plates for bride and groom, and so much more. As someone who planned their own wedding, I needed lots of pro-level guidance, and Bader and his team at FFT were there every step of the way. I would highly recommend you book FFT for your event before they get busy, as they are in demand for a good reason!

Not only was Badar the nicest and easiest man to work with, his skills of organization and perfectionism were priceless! We honestly could not have done this large wedding without him!!! And the food!!! Our guests were delighted by the both unusual but comforting blend of flavors. The compliments continue to come in!! Badar’s team was fast, professional, and excellent! We had a wonderful experience with Food for Thought Catering for our all-company offsite lunch. Bader was responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating of several dietary intolerances. 100000/10!!! Bader with Food for Thought was truly one of the MVPs of our wedding weekend. From the moment we started planning, he went above and beyond—thoughtful, creative, and worked seamlessly with our team, which is exactly what every bride needs.

Thursday before the wedding, he kicked things off by catering our welcome party for 200 with a light dinner and the most delicious passed hors d’oeuvres. The highlight may have been his signature custom ranch waters—he took our personalized Topo Chico bottles, refilled them with his homemade ranch water recipe. It was such a memorable touch and idea that I had and he took it and made it happen. He also crafted a custom drink from a menu I love so much, using his own housemade recipe as well -- every detail was intentional, fresh, and elevated!

The next day, he seamlessly delivered packed lunches for 25 guys heading out to fly fish on the river. The food was fresh and the guys loved it -- delivered very early 45 minutes from his office after the large gathering the night before.

Then for the wedding day -- that morning, he dropped off the most beautiful spread for the girls getting ready: sandwiches, wraps, cheeses, fruit -- all fresh, artfully displayed, and with zero disruption. It was everything we needed without us having to lift a finger.

And then, the main event. Bader handled food and bar for our 350-person wedding and completely NAILED it. He started the evening by lining the entracne with servers offering lemonade, water, and champagne as they headed to be seated for the ceremony. Signature cocktails with edible flowers, incredible passed apps, a well-staffed bar, and a seamless dinner service that felt effortless and looked stunning. I mean stunning. The service was above and beyond. One of my most favorite things about Bader is that in the midst of the chaos he took the time to bring me one of each passed apps and each of the specialty cocktails to try while I was in the bridal suite getting ready for the reception during cocktail hour -- super special and personal. We had a spicy reposado marg, a huckleberry mule, and an old fashion that were made again with his homemade favorings. Not to even mention how everyone raved over the food. It was served on time so it was hot and delicious!

Every single item was homemade, thoughtfully crafted, and delicious. He took every request and made it happen!! Bader doesn’t just cater -- he creates an experience. I cannot recommend Food for Thought enough. He made our weekend unforgettable.

They even re-created my husbands chicken tender recipe for our late night snacks, which was such a special and thoughtful touch. FFT was also so great to work with for food allergies and sensitivities, which is greatly appreciated. All of our guest raved about the food! Absolutely do not book with this company. I just had a $2600 dinner show up to a house that was nothing as ordered. Buyer beware. Find someone else.

Food for Thought delivered outstanding food and service to our wedding celebration party. From the appetizers to the desserts, our guests raved about the food. And everything occurred on time just as it was all planned. We will hire Food for Thought again and so should everyone else !

Bader was amazing from the first time reaching out- from the beginning it was clear he valued his customers and the overall experience from start to finish. He made sure all details were taken care of and thoroughly thought through. There were many things I would’ve never thought about or planned for- Bader was more than a caterer, he was a second wedding coordinator for us!

The food was exceptional! Coming from a culinary background and being raised in a family processing/ catering company this was something my family and I highly valued. The ingredients were for the most part local and fresh, another aspect we highly valued and appreciated.

The wedding day went smooth as can be. Our guests were extremely grateful and impressed at the charcuterie table and passed bites to start with and even more so for the main course. The presentation was beautiful and very professional. Desserts were delicious- everything was more amazing than we could’ve ever imagined.

If you are looking for a smooth, non-stressful, and perfect experience- Food For Thought is a must. From the communication, planning, tasting, presentation, and execution, we had the best experience imaginable.

Everything was so good my friend getting married next year is choosing to proceed with Food For Thought as well!
