My first time at Heist was last night and we came in with a large group of ladies for a friends birthday and it was, hands down, the best meal and dining experience I’ve had in Bozeman. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and the rest of the staff ensured all our needs were met! Water glasses always full, topping off our wine glasses from our bottle, advising us on appropriate sides for the table, etc. A sommelier at our table advised us on fantastic wine....
I've been a guest at JW nearly 15 times, I will be the first to acknowledge it is the best restaurant in Bozeman. Having said that this last trip left a poor taste in my mouth. Superb elegant restaurant in the middle of downtown Bozeman. I couldnt say enough good things. All of the staff was extremely knowlegable and made the best suggestions of what to try. I loved that all of the flavors stood out in every plate. You could taste that everything was from scratch. Chef did a top notch job and I got to enjoy watching them cook the meats as well.
