Great food and service.
Awesome food, atmosphere, friendly prompt wait staff. Margarita’s are great.
Ordered the pastor tacos, and happy hour margaritas. Molly brought us some chips and salsa to start off with. Both red and green salsas were very flavorful. Tacos came out and the portion was huge, especially with the rice and beans. Service was great, patio seating was perfect to enjoy the sunshine.
Hoping this place improves. The food was super greasy as others have noted in prior reviews. The rice was cold and clumped together and the sweet potato fries taco was inedible. We told our server and she took one taco off the bill. I have been coming to this place since the week they opened and have always enjoyed the food. The recipes have changed and are not good compared to a few months ago.
Went here on a recommendation and could not have been more disappointed. I got the Braised Pork Banh Mi tacos. They were flavorless. The rice clearly had been made much earlier in the day as it was barely warm, clumpy and bland. My husband ordered the Birra Tacos. They were super greasy and came with a dipping sauce that had zero flavor.
The guacamole, margarita and paolma were the best things about the dinner.
The bathroom was unclean, garbage was overflowing (we were there at 5:30 pm), clearly hadn't been checked on or cleaned in awhile.
The food was excellent. The service was excellent. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend.
Three of us ate dinner here the other night. Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time ! And I’m from New York , where I’ve been to many. Outstanding service and preparation. My Citrus Mahi bowl was fabulous and my two friends loved their meal and margaritas also. Everyone in Bozeman should eat here. And we couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was !
We had a large group of people and the staff and service was accommodating and super friendly. Their happy hours is awesome, corn salsa and nachos are a fav!
Super fun! Love Nina’s for a marg and a fun time 😊 great happy hour.
The food was the worst Mexican food I have ever had. The shrimp was stone cold, sause in bowl was like tomato paste and the beef on the street taco tasted rotten.

I went into Nina's this afternoon, just two of us, ordered two taco plates, one coke and a churro. Cost $51.00 - add a tip and was over $60.00. Ridiculous prices for 2 small street tacos. Pet peeve: they won't let you split your choice of tacos proteins. LAME!

I don't often leave reviews, but this has to be done! WORST Mexican food I've ever eaten! Imagine pizza sauce on your enchiladas (exactly)
Service also sub-par
If your looking for canned pizza sauce on a rolled tortilla for $80, this is your place. Worst mexican food I've ever had. Would rather go to one of the many family owned Mexican restaurants in town that isn't serving Ragu pizza sauce and enchiladas.

I ate here a few years ago; the food and margaritas were great then and are even better now. They've expanded in a nice way. It's still a fairly straightforward and clean appearing dining area that's also fresh and pretty. Even when all the tables are full, you don't feel crowded and you can hear each other talk. My margarita, chips with salsa & guac, and "bowl" came in generous serving sizes and tasted great. We all sort of fought over the guac, it was so good. (But our server quickly brought more!) We were a group of 7. Our server was delightful to work with, efficient, appropriately attentive and communicated very clearly with us. For instance, after she explained the process of getting our checks ready, we opted to bundle 3 friends on one ticket and 4 friends on another. When we arrived, she explained all the margarita options, like regular vs skinny and the different flavor options. These touches contributed to us having a warm, tasty, wonderful evening.
Parking: In Bozeman, it's better to stay in a downtown area hotel (or if you live there, establish your "base camp" at a downtown paid public parking lot/deck) and then walk wherever you want to go. But then you get to do some cool window shopping, people-watching, and enjoy all the dogs of Bozeman (all on leash)!

Honestly, it's not that great. Possibly the only Mexican restaurant I've been to where the chips and salsa are not free. You pay $8 for bland chips (all it needs is some salt, guys) and two mild and bland salsas. I hate to say it, but both salsas are worse than store-bought.
The prices of the main entrees are ridiculous. You pay $21 for a chicken quesadilla that is often hit or miss and if you want sour cream you have to pay extra. If you're going to target high prices for Mexican food then the flavors need to hit it out of the park. Nowadays there's great authentic Mexican food off of 7th and other places in town that offer equal or better quality and flavors for $13-14.
