Oba used to be one of my favorite lunch spots in town. I heard there are new owners and ever since then the place is randomly closed during their business hours. They don’t post new hours and it’s always a toss up if they are even open. Apparently they don’t need the business that bad. I’d be willing to keep coming back if they could have consistent hours.
