Terribly slow service and lack of initiative. It wasn’t even that busy. There was mention of lack of waitresses, but there were several workers. Not a single drink refill after drinks were finished and sitting at the edge of the table along with our finished appetizers and plates. We had to GO and ask our waitress for our food to come with to go boxes because we were tired of waiting so long without a single check in. I had a great experience yesterday afternoon. Be aware, the Happy Hour prices have changed! I was surprised as the waitress didn’t mention it. But when I asked about my bill she was so sweet & helpful. The manager came & took care of it right away. I so appreciate their quick & friendly attention to a problem. I’ll be back! The waitstaff always make me feel welcome. Keep up the good work OC.
