Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

This occured on December 13, 2025. Ordered food to go online. A tall order of wings and was given a 15 minute wait time. Ended waiting about 40 minutes. When the food came out to me while I waited in the lobby. Not only was it cold, but there was like 7 maybe 8 tiny boneless wings in the takeout tray that I paid about 20 bucks for after tip. I went up to the hostess stand and asked the bearded gentleman there if that constitutes a tall order to which he responded yes. I can't in good conscious recommend this place. Rip off of money, and bad service.

Restaurant was (2021) often 20+ minutes late on delivery orders. Last time they hadn't even started it 5 minutes past the indicated pick up time.

Edit: As of 2025 pick-up times are significantly better. Thank you for being on the ball.

Pizza? Chef’s kiss. Crust snaps, cheese pulls for days, toppings fresher than a Bozeman morning. Wings? Saucy legends.
Vibe? Cozy brick, 40+ taps, TVs on every wall—flannel formalwear approved.
Service? Sweet as pie, slow as molasses. Bring a book or grow a beard.
Worth the wait? Hell yes. Just don’t be hangry.

Delightful pizza and burger joint. The pretzel was so good I forgot to take a picture before we started eating. The burgers were deep and delicious fries and onion rings were pretty run of the mill. The atmosphere and staff were friendly good times were had by all.

I know a lot of the reviews were not that great …. but …. We had an amazing experience with the help of our server Kali … She was FANTASTIC… personality and all … very engaging … food was served Hot and Fresh and large portions.. Happy deals were plentiful… Kali , thanks again , and hope mgmt will give her the KUDOS she deserves from this review …

got doordash paid 15 dollars for wings and only got 5. never in my life have i paid 3 dollars a wing thats a crime. 6 inn there woulda been decent but damnn jew me kik me
