Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Terribly slow service and lack of initiative. It wasn’t even that busy. There was mention of lack of waitresses, but there were several workers. Not a single drink refill after drinks were finished and sitting at the edge of the table along with our finished appetizers and plates. We had to GO and ask our waitress for our food to come with to go boxes because we were tired of waiting so long without a single check in. There was an apology, but we expected a small discount for the lack of service, or even a comped appetizer, but nothing. We didn’t even eat our dinner and just got it to go because our family came from out of town and had to get on the road. It was my first time going and I definitely will NOT be going back! Oh and when we were leaving, there were about 4-5 workers at the front hostess area all on their phones. Lack of workers…. More like lacking hard workers.

Waited for almost 2hrs for our food. Multiple people that were seated after us received their food. Won't be back as issues here just seem to be the norm.

Food is good but they don’t look at any of the customizations on the orders. Twice in a row we’ve ordered and they’ve 1) left on food we’ve asked to be removed, and 2) forgot to include options that we paid extra for. Not sure if it’s bad software or the service team not paying attention but it’s disappointing to pay so much and have it be wrong in the same way so multiple times in a row.

We ordered a couple of pizzas through Uber Eats. It took almost an hour for the restaurant to give the order to the delivery driver, and by the time he got them, he notified us that they had clearly been sitting out for a while and were already cold. The order arrived without a receipt, the drink was leaking, and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped and were tumbled around in pieces inside the boxes. No napkins either. Unbelievably bad service.

Good place to eat! Not from here stopped in before heading to the airport. The calzone was amazing, the appetizers were delicious, but the French dip I was not a fan… if I’m up here again I will definitely be back! Definitely recommend!!!!

Not a bad place for a good meal. I enjoy the fish and chips, which for a chain restaurant is surprisingly good.

The atmosphere was very nice. The appetizers were delicious. We had the spinach and artichoke dip and the combo appetizer. The kids said their pizza was fantastic. I had the Thai salad and it was ok

Very unprofessional petty staff clean house !!!!

I ordered through Uber Ears and paid extra for some dip cups. The reason I ordered extra dip cups is because I have never received the usual amount of dip cups with the order. They still left out all of the dip cups. When I called to complain, the person I spoke to specifically blamed it on the Uber Eats driver. The driver couldn't have opened the bag without the tampering being obvious. The drivers can't even check the bag to see if the cups were in there before they leave the restaurant. That kind of nonsense excuse is an insult to my intelligence.

Went out with my 2 adult sons for dinner. We waited for a table as I am handicapped and could not sit on the bar side. There were a number of empty tables but not enough wait staff. Took forever for someone to take our drinks order and then we did not get all of them. They took our food order and we waited about 30 min or more. Our two starters arrived with entrees for 2 of us. My food was ok, one son's food was cold and my other son ended up eating our 2 starters as his entree never arrived. Didn't see anyone after the food arrived untl they dropped off the bill. Will most likely not return.

I waited an hour and 15 mins for one pizza and wings. Half my wings were burnt the other half were pink. I paid for 3 ranches and didn't get a single one. Also tasted exactly like pizza hut just 2x as expensive
