Wagyu Reuben is exceptional. I eat a lot of Reubens, and use it as a benchmark for nearly every pub, deli, or restaurant I visit. I grew up with the Dockside, Portland, Oregon (Tonya Harding connection, look it up!) - and for the longest time that was a standard bearer. I have to say, the sandwich I had yesterday was super flavorful. I can’t describe the meat, but it is just perfect, hints of smoke and very savory. Best I have had in Bozeman, honestly.
Genuine, friendly welcome, which always says a lot when the owner is the one greeting and making it happen behind the counter.
Believe me when I say that not all breakfast sandwiches are created equal and this was proof of that. The egg was perfectly cooked with the yoke having just the right amount of runniness, (instead of being completely obliterated!) no skimping on the bacon or cheese and on an awesome BagelWorks Everything Bagel. Close to perfection! This place serves fantastic sandwiches, awesome service, we loved it! Had the Hudson, Brooklyn, Studio 54 and the Southsider, they were all spot on. Will have to return and try some of the others on the menu 🤷🏼♀ Thanks for a great lunch, Oliver!
