Tried to dine in. Was seated. Waited 35 minutes without even being checked on for a drink order. Left before I ever saw anyone coming our way to take an order always heard of people walking out due to terrible or non existent service, always thought it a urban legends spread by Karens, never thought I'd end up as one myself. This might have been acceptable in a busy environment but all the employees( 4 by my count) had time to gather on their phones while ignoring customers and leaving the restaurant dirtier than I have seen even the busiest of places. This was a frustrating experience and the staff should be embarrassed to have collected a check for their performance last night

They customer service is terrible. They don't care if you get your order how you ordered it. Don't order extra sauce cups and expect to get them and the one you do get are filled half full.

Don’t do delivery, unless you want a cold stale pizza. You get charged for delivery and are expected to pay a tip for the driver.

Guerrilla Tactical Outdoors

Man, you guys need to do something about your staff, especially the one answering your phone tonight. She doesn't listen to the order being placed, makes your customer repeat themselves over an over because she isn't listening.She got way too many things wrong in the 3 minutes I spoke with her. Admittedly, I was losing my patience with her, but her rudeness near the end of the conversation was over the top. She just codn't get it right! Why should I order from you again if this is the service I am to expect?

All of the locations have gotten rid of their salad bar that was the best thing they offered I won't be going to any pizza huts ever again witch is really sad I loved the salad bar it was the best around now pizza hut will never get more than one star from me or any other person from my family

Ordered online. Paid a premium for delivery. Took 2 hours when website suggested 15min. when i was placing the order. Food was cold on arrival but after 2 hours its a little late to make 2nd plans for food.

This review is for the local Bozeman franchise NOT the ordering process! I ordered via the website which I found to be extremely laggy and poorly designed. My major complaint is with their setup for address entry - it SUCKS! I'm sure there are quite a large percentage of individuals who live in apartment complexes. Most food delivery websites really blow goats in terms of service to those people. You have absolutely minimal room to leave detailed comments on how to get to your door. Twenty characters. Seriously? Wake up people and drop into reality!!!Now for the food and this specific restaurant. I've been a customer for many years and have found their food to be very good but on the expensive side. In this town though, their prices have become comparable to most other restaurants who offer delivery service (to distinguish them from sit-down only establishments that have exorbitant prices). The food has been mostly delicious over the years with a slump over the recent several. They are climbing back up the ladder and have again captured the delicious rating. Their Italian salads are quite good, especially with some extra dressing and their Buffalo boneless wings can become very addictive.The restaurant has climbed back up to the delicious food I remember as a kid. The website for ordering needs some work.

It's like walking into 1985. Very nostalgic. Service was great, but the place was a mess! Most of the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I also miss the salad bars they used to have.

Extremely dated place, it feels dreary. Also disappointed that there is no salad bar anymore. I can't say it was dirty, but it didn't feel very clean either. There was a pretty full garbage can next to the counter, and it is really hard to tell where the kitchen starts and dining room ends. One of the cooks in the kitchen dropped something very loudly three times, alarming the girl that was waiting on us. Seemed like he was rushing his head off. Strange entrance to the patio which we did not use. That also had a dreary feel. It was not air conditioned so I actually got up and moved a rotating fan to point at my friend and me while we ate. The staff was very nice. We both got that new thing, it kind of looks like a quesadilla, I got the meat lovers one, my friend got the chicken. They both were very very good. I actually keep thinking about it and want to go back. Maybe today!
