Man, you guys need to do something about your staff, especially the one answering your phone tonight. She doesn't listen to the order being placed, makes your customer repeat themselves over an over because she isn't listening.She got way too many things wrong in the 3 minutes I spoke with her. This review is for the local Bozeman franchise NOT the ordering process! I ordered via the website which I found to be extremely laggy and poorly designed. My major complaint is with their setup for address entry - it SUCKS! I'm sure there are quite a large percentage of individuals who live in apartment complexes.
