Hello, chefs at Plonk. I'm shocked that as a customer, when you have brussel sprouts in the kitchen and ask for a side of brussels, I'm denied the brussels. I was rudely told by our rude server that you wouldn't give me a side of brussels because it was only part of the specials. Perhaps if the server hadn't taken 20 minutes to visit our table, I could have ordered a happy hour item that wasn't $30 +. Maybe I binged "The Bear" too much, but I am pretty sure Carm and Richie would have loved to give me a side brussels because I am there to eat food, not be treated like I'm inconveniencing the folks that work there. I won't be coming back.

It’s incredible that such a great restaurant has such a terrible choice of decor in the men’s bathroom. It’s misogynistic and pathetic. Whoever is in charge needs to grow up and repaint the room. Until then this place isn’t worth your business

I planned a 60th birthday party for my husband in the Plonk Wine Cellar… BEST DECISION EVER! We had excellent service, delicious food and the event planning was flawless! Thank you Elaine, Leah and Chef for making it a perfect birthday celebration! I’ve always been a fan of Plonk, but now I’m obsessed! You guys killed it!❤️❤️❤️

We are visiting from out of state and stopped in tonight for dinner. I wish we'd come in last night too because this place has a great vibe and atmosphere. Just very chill, laid back, and calm. The house red is a tremendous value and the cheeseboard is delicious! It is so filling I almost didn't have enough room for dinner. My husband ordered the seared jidori chicken, and I asked if they would simply prepare a couple of scallops for me which they did no problem. They were buttery soft and melted in my mouth. I stole a bite of the chicken which was also tender and flavorful. There are a few cute places downtown Bozeman but this was our favorite. Thank you to the great staff and kitchen for upholding awesome standards and a great dining experience!

Spent an absolutely lovely evening at Plonk. My partner and I have several dietary restrictions (vegan, GF) and we were able to find some delicious options. The vegan chocolate cheesecake was out of this world! The cocktails were finely crafted and the wine options were top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
I've lived in Bozeman my entire life and this is definitely one of my favorites!! Haven't gone in forever, ended up going with some very close friends last night and it hasn't changed one bit! Very classy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Huge variety of wines and cocktails. Their food is amazing as well I had the scallop and pork belly. And OMG it was the best scallop I have ever had in my entire life! Both the scallop and pork belly melted in your mouth. Highly recommend this place !

Stopped in a couple of times while passing through, great vibe, we couldn't have asked for better weather to take in the sidewalk. This is going to be about the only late night place on the main drive to visit after 8:30/9pm.

I didn't come here for dinner as from my research, their one vegan entree (the gnocchi) is a super small portion. But I did come for dessert- amazing vegan chocolate cheesecake!

Plonk Wine in Bozeman, Montana is my favorite spot for a date, a girls night out, or taking out of town guests to.
I love the warm cozy ambience! It feels swanky and yet not pretentious at the same time. Bozeman is a very casual town, but I always feel like i can dress up a little and pretend I'm in Chicago or Seattle or even New York at this place. It is romantic enough for a date night and hip enough for a double date or meet up with friends. My out of town guests always wanted to go back another evening to Plonk.
Their cocktail offerings are so fun and it is always hard for me to pick a favorite. I love the Coconut Lime Rickey, The Gin and Juice, and the Indian Paintbrush. The papi chulo is good when I am craving tequila.
The falafel lettuce cups are flavorful and unique. The diver scallops are cooked perfectly every time and are my go to. The ploughman's platter is a great option when sharing with friends and they always have a good mix of interesting artisan cheese and cured meats. The grilled bison burger is also another regular go to for me.
I no longer live here but if I had a few hours in Bozeman, this is where I would go.
