Came here for some after dinner martinis and dessert. They were awesome. The service was awesome as well. Perfect for a girls night! Would definitely go back!
This is a great place. The service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was high quality and delicious. Thanks for all the gluten free dessert options. The creme brûlée was outstanding.
Perfect balance of flavor and comfort.
We were excited to try Plonk after a long day of fishing. The restaurant has a great vibe, and the drinks—once they arrived—were excellent. While the service was a bit slow, the staff was friendly and welcoming. As for the food, it was just okay. The atmosphere set high expectations, but the halibut in particular was disappointing—bland and a bit fishy.
Been a fan of plonk and coming here for over 10 years. Went out for a date night on a Thursday. It was shortly after midnight, they still had tables and a full bar. Waitress came up to us asked if we were done eating. I said no, that we would finish what we had. She proceeded to take half our plates, including food I said I wasn’t done with and remarked “the dishwasher is trying to leave so.” I’m a server/bartender as well, but never in my whole career would I take someone’s food. Like I said, been a regular for over 10 years, now I’m finding a new place in town to enjoy a cheese board.
Absolutely impressed with the cocktails here! They were shockingly good. And I never turn down an opportunity for a drink on a patio. We put a lot of time and thought into where we’ll eat and drink on vacation because we want to make the best of it. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Plonk is worth a stop!
Fantastic cocktails. Absolutely stunning taste.
Wonderful pre-theater dinner every time! Fantastic hanger steak and a varied wine menu.
I love plonk. Sad to see an old establishment be run by someone who doesn’t understand the brand.
The drinks and atmosphere are amazing! The GFC is a home changer!

Hello, chefs at Plonk. I'm shocked that as a customer, when you have brussel sprouts in the kitchen and ask for a side of brussels, I'm denied the brussels. I was rudely told by our rude server that you wouldn't give me a side of brussels because it was only part of the specials. Perhaps if the server hadn't taken 20 minutes to visit our table, I could have ordered a happy hour item that wasn't $30 +. Maybe I binged "The Bear" too much, but I am pretty sure Carm and Richie would have loved to give me a side brussels because I am there to eat food, not be treated like I'm inconveniencing the folks that work there. I won't be coming back.

It’s incredible that such a great restaurant has such a terrible choice of decor in the men’s bathroom. It’s misogynistic and pathetic. Whoever is in charge needs to grow up and repaint the room. Until then this place isn’t worth your business
Service was good, just wanted a quiet glass of wine, seat were close together and the place was packed. There was a msu game this afternoon which added to how loud it was in here. I would go back but hopefully when it’s not so busy.
