An excellent place for dinner or a date, pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff, orders taken promptly, food served quickly! Everything was very tasty, the food was fresh in my opinion, and the cocktails were also delicious with different flavors! I recommend visiting.

Usually have very good bar food but the hummus I ordered recently was dated, dry and the accompanyimg pita was burned. A far departure from their norm. I'd still return but I'll 1st about the food freshness.

I’ve been coming to Plonk for a few years now, and the experience has always been consistently amazing. Across the board, the service is thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming every time. The drinks are easily some of the best in Bozeman, and the food is just as impressive—always high quality and delicious. I’m a big fan of Plonk, and even the little details (like their cool matchbooks!) add to the charm. Five stars all around.

I haven't eaten here in years, probably won't for another few years. Ordered the king salmon fish (48$). Small portion. Everything was cooked fine but the dish was absolutely awful. Nothing went together. Bathing delicate salmon in an acidic tomato soup completely masks the salmon flavor. The textures of soft boiled eggs, wilted spinach, salmon and crunchy asparagus made zero sense. I'd be embarrassed to serve this to someone. My friend ordered the steak salad which was a few pieces of appropriately cooked steak and a large hunk of cheap romaine lettuce with various things scattered on it. Cocktails were fine.

Cute place to get drinks and some charcuterie. Loved the spicy mustard there, and the NA drinks were delicious

I first want to clarify that I ate at the Plonk in Missoula, not Bozeman. For some reason the one in Missoula doesn’t show up on here, so my review of it is going here. Their Missoula menu doesn’t have very many vegan options, but the vegan options they do have are absolutely delicious. The portions were small though…apparently that’s normal for high-class restaurants. For the starter, I ordered the fried tomatoes, then the edamame cakes for the entrée, and lastly, the strawberry mint chocolate ganache for dessert, which was DI-VINE. The dessert was definitely my favorite course of the night. Hopefully they’ll add more vegan options soon.

Trendy yet relaxed wine bar with surprisingly creative food. I had seared scallops with a corn purée — delicate but flavorful. The cocktail list is strong too, with bartenders who actually know their craft. Feels like a touch of city style in mountain country.

As a board member of Hope & The Holidays, I want to extend our sincere thanks to Plonk Wine for their generous donation to our recent silent auction. Their support helped us raise vital funds that will go toward supporting families in need this holiday season.

Plonk is more than a wine bar—it’s an experience. With its stunning venue, eclectic music, and a menu that celebrates the union of food, wine, and art, Plonk offers a sensory escape right in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Whether you're enjoying a cocktail after work or indulging in a multi-course meal in their private cellar, the atmosphere is always warm, elegant, and inviting.

We’re incredibly grateful for their partnership, and we encourage everyone to support local businesses like Plonk that bring beauty, generosity, and connection to our community.

I went here with 3 of the loves of my life! Me and these 30 year old divas were excited for a night on the town. On the prowl for a sweet treat post-sushi we came to one of our favorite stomping grounds to play. The drinks were delectable, the service was spotty, and the dessert was a disappointing.
Two of us were naughty and ordered alcoholic drinks, and two of us played it cool with a virgin GFC and an evening tea.
We were excited to see a sumptuous menu of gluten free delecacies on the dessert menu and swiftly order two despite being one water glass down. The drinks filled our our womanly wiles, while the desserts left our spirits empty and our pallates untitilated.
The classic creme brulee is best left classic- we could have done without a bowl of jam beneath a crispy measly morsel of brulee.
The deconstructed cobbler left even more to be wanted in the form of a cobbler. It was almost as delectable as the week old fridge granola one of us gals makes for her toddlers from the leftovers of the week.
A bright spot of the experience was the desserts were so sub-par we were laughing harder than any of us have in months. Not so fun? One of my gal pals laughed so hard she choked :(
3/5 this time. We will be back for a chance at 5/5 next time ;)
