We stumbled into Primal last night, tired, hungry, and cranky (we'd tried to get dinner at a trendy Bzn restaurant that doesn't take reservations -- 1.5 hour wait? No thanks!), and we discovered this unassuming little gem in our backyard. Gorgeous meats! Captivating delicacies! And indulgences! But best of all last night were the comfort foods: grilled sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, grilled chicken, and take-and-bake macaroni and cheese, pot pie... everything looked amazing and tasted even better. We'll be back, and frequently!

This is where I wish I had come first to start my week of barbecuing every day. Amazing display with fresh, interesting local fare, and friendly staff to guide me through the selection process. Ended up going with some gloriously marbled bavette, elk venison, and and shrimp skewers. It all impressed!

Our favorite butcher! Not everything is local but it's well labeled. They have a great rewards program too--which is wonderful because it's easy to spend a lot of money here delicious steaks, burgers, wings, salmon, and oysters!

Delicious, healthy, fun!This little deli in four corners was an amazing stop for a quick healthy dinner after lunch. I was ably to pick up 2 sandwiches and 3 delicious sides from their prepared foods and every one of them was fresh and full of flavor! The sandwiches blew me away and don't get me started on the impeccable service. I got lovely recommendations from one clerk for my meal and a young man at the deli counter took my request for something not in store so fast and so friendly. I think the best of all is I thought it would be extremely expensive and it was not! The ticket was fair for the quality of the food if not a deal!!
