We've been to Shan about 6-7 times over the course of the last few years for date nights and special occasions. The food is incredible. The spices and flavor in each entree is next level. We always send friends who visit and family members to Shan if they want a special evening and an amazing meal. When you walk in, the place smells so good. What an experience! From dishes, beverages to service I was remarkably blown away! For not having a reservation, I got in on a Saturday night in a speedy 15 minutes. The wine menu was amazing, as a sommelier, I was impressed! And Grace our server was quick to check in for a welcome, menu tour, and knowledge. When food dropped it was made sure it was to standard by her promptly. I'll be sure to be a new regular!

Superb food! Make a reservation! The ribs are wonderful, there's a nice twist on tomato salad, super atir fried cabbage.. .those all sound like ordinary things but the chef steps it all up 5 notches for complex flavors & presentation.
