Today was my first day going to this location. It is definitely the worst location in town. The staff did not make it welcoming at all, they didn’t say a word to me, instead gave me rude looks (I did a mobile order). The drink was horrible, it’s very frustrating to pay for a $7 drink and it not be good. It was way too sweet, it tasted like there was no coffee in it at all. I also got extra caramel and there was like no caramel at all. I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here because it seems like this is a normal thing here. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IN BOZEMAN

While not my favorite coffee chain in town- the staff is very polite and friendly. There is not quite enough consistency for me in how my coffee/latte turns out. In other words- if I order the same drink four days in a row one day it may be far too sweet one day and way to bitter the next etc. And while a certain amount of inconsistancy is to be expected I simply feel that it happens to more of an extreme here.

Kid-friendliness: Cake pops and Sugar drinks!

I’m disappointed, as every Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I’m always greeted. I just stopped for an in-store pick up order and said “Thank you” as I was walking out and neither of the two employees responded. It’s unfortunate to see this kind of service at a Starbucks. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and this was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by the employees. To the manager, I would focus on customer service and look for employees who have manners.

Ordered the Iced Pecan Crunch Oat Milk Latte and it was absolutely terrible! No cold foam on it AT ALL! I have had this drink now multiple times from other locations and it is my favorite drink to ever come from Starbucks. The drink I received today from this location looked and tasted NOTHING like it should! Stop being lazy, do better, and learn how to make the drinks right or find a new job!!! Pathetic!!!
