I try not to go to this taco bell..because there's always something wrong with my order, going through drive thru.. so decided to go in. The service was fine. But the food was horrible. Tacos were barley filled, lots of lettuce not much of anything else. My Mexican pizza was gross. Couldn't even eat it. They need to change their oil. The girl making my food was on her phone the whole time. I thought maybe they could get it right. But they FAILED AGAIN. this location is horrible. Go to Mr Burrito if you want Mexican food.

just paid a dollar for a quarter ramekin/side of nacho cheese. Thats dreadful, just gonna go to mr burritos instead, at least the portions are consistent and plentiful. Oh and i asked for no onion on the burrito and it came with a whole bunch!

unfortunately I have 3 offenses at this Taco Bell for showing up with my brain off in the drive thru I don’t even know what I’m trying to order but the staff decodes it and nails it every time. Best and most kind Taco Bell staff ever!

I walked in and was instantly greeted by the most generous man I've seen named Isac Smith. He filled up my water like he was told and took my order better than I've ever seen. Kid is truly the fast food goat and deserves a raise

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. They messed up the order and the food was practically inedible, hard, stale tortillas with no filling. 4 small items, no drinks were $22. I’ll just stick to Mr. Burrito if I want real food.

I love taco bell. Especially their chalupas but they have to be fresh. Most if the time they are fresh. and if not they are super cool with making things right. I really enjoy using their app and their reward points I mean who doesnt love free food Especially when that free food is Tacos!!! I appreciate the employees and their willingness to work here so I can fullfill my cravings at 1 am laugh out loud y'all.

A chicken cantina bowl for 8 bucks had 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it. The portion sizes are decreased by HALF from a year or 2 ago and the clerk behind the counter was so incredibly rude with an eye roll attitude when I asked for my cup for the drink I paid for! The nerve! USES to be my go to place in Bozeman MT. No more. It's the newest one on Jackrabbit.
I’ve been to this Taco Bell twice and both times have been extremely disappointing.
First time: ordered the cheese covered grilled steak burrito and they clearly used a much smaller tortilla than the usual size for that burrito and the cheese wasn’t even melted enough. Cut them some slack.
Second time: paid extra for more beef and cheese in my Crunchwrap.. yet it probably had less beef than a normal crunch wrap.
Terrible Taco Bell. Don’t bother. Go to Mr burrito right down the street or just drive to another Taco Bell.
Won’t ever return.

Terrible staff, that don’t care about customer service. I looked at my food inside for 15 minutes getting cold, before they would give it to me. They only care about the drive through, and ignore inside customers!!!!!!
