Waited outside over 30 minutes for our food, when we were 1 of 2 tables on the patio.
Our server seemed to forget about us.

Worst part was I ordered a steak and it came out raw and uncooked. I asked for medium, but me, the server and my girlfriend all noticed it was not even cooked. I get things happen and she took it back, but then when it came out again, it still was visibly raw in the middle… not really sure how that happens twice.

On top of that, we also ordered the chili and it was lukewarm. Reached out to the manager over email with no response.
Would stay away, very disappointing

Ordered sliders for delivery and they arrived burnt and smashed like they’d been purposefully destroyed. The meat arrived looking like it was what gets scraped off of the grill while cleaning. Worst execution of a slider I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely 0/10 stars. Disturbing.

Filthy, Terrible Food (looked like crab cake was dropped and put back on plate fingerprints and all, burned, greasy), Understaffed, Unkept Servers, No Clean Glasseware for Drinks, Lack of Care Overall We used to love Ted’s.

We ate at the bar. The bar and wait station were filthy - stacked dirty dishes stacked everywhere, garbage, nasty washcloths on bar top…. The first plate of food came out and looked like the chef had dropped it and then put on the plate, fingerprints and all. The crab cake was burned and dripping in grease. The side dip for the onion rings was overflowing the bowl with no care taken to make presentable. There were no martini glasses available so the up martini was served in a high ball glass. They are obviously way understaffed. We felt bad for the sole bartender and the other in training. The staff used to dress clean and crisp. One of the waiters wore a shirt that looked like it was found in a garbage can and then thrown on. Ted’s used to take pride in being the flagship restaurant. It’s ashame.

We ate lunch here with our whole traveling family from Florida. There are lots of choices, great service, and the food was very good and local.

Started out with cucumber things. They tasted like they wanted to be pickles but couldn't make it. Ordered bison chili and the chips with dip as appetizers. There was nothing special about the chili except they put a whole jalapeño in the cup. The chips were really good! The dip was bland. For the main dish, we got the bison short ribs and a bison burger salad. The bison burger came out still red and cold on top of a very small dish of salad. Had to send it back to be edible. The short ribs tasted like beef roast and almist half the plate was carrots. There was little to no seasoning on anything (except the pepper in the chili). Do not recommend. It was around 5pm on a Thursday, so maybe it was just too early? Save yourself and try something else.

I was in Montana last week and went to Ted's, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is very nice. Kayla was my server at lunch and Andrew at dinner. Both were very professional and attentive. I will definitely go back next time I am in Bozeman. The Bison Burgers are delicious!

What a delightful experience. Alexis served me at the bar and made the best cucumber mint mocktail. I had a hamburger medium well, as requested, with grilled mushrooms and raw onions. They have a specific mushroom Swiss burger, which I would have loved. No dairy. The fries were to die for. I'm visiting the area and I will be back. The best burger I've ever had.

I can not remember the waiter name, but he done a good job taking care of my family. Our first time in Montana we been here since Friday and that was our last stop for tonight before going back to Memphis. The food was good, the adult slide milk shake was delicious. My mom food it looked good she seem to liked it. My dad food he enjoyed it and my daughter I think she wanted the sweet tea and ice cream more than anything! But I do recommend this restaurant and if I come back to Montana I’ll come here again!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter found what she wanted for dinner and she ate just about all of it. She had the bison meatloaf (her first time having meatloaf) and torn it up pretty much!

Nothing beats a classic western style grill when you want a taste of a good ol' bison ribeye steak from the Montana heartland! Not to mention, it's not ridiculously overpriced like some of the other restaurants in Bozeman. The loaded baked potato, grilled asparagus, kale salad & roasted, buttered carrots were the perfect side dishes to our dinner! Thanks Ted's Montana Grill for making some great "workation" memories while down in Bozeman! We'll definitely visit again when we're in town??

It's very rare I leave bad reviews. The only thing worse than the service was the food. How do you screw up fries in America?
