Steep mountain tea house is one of my favorite places in Bozeman! The tea is made to perfection, the atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, and the staff is friendly. The tea house is a great place to work on school projects, meet up with friends/family, or make new friends. One of my favorite things is all the events that they put on. They make a point to make an inclusive, fun environment no matter who you are.Thank you for supporting everyone in the community and making me and my friends always feel included.I always make a point to stop by when I am back in town.

I’ve been buying my tea from this shop for many years, even since leaving Bozeman. I’ve lived all over the world and I have sampled teas from dozens of companies but I still love buying tea here. My favorites are the Geyser Basin Green (#33 tai mu san), sticky rice pu erh (#10) , milk oolong (#44) and Crème de la Early Grey (#13). The teas are quality and they include the steeping instructions on the bag which is such a nice touch.The service is always great in person here and I’ve never had an over-steeped cup or pot of tea. Buying online is a breeze, the site is easy to navigate, and shipping is quick. Definitely a quality tea shop!

Cozy to the max. I had an amaretto black tea + slice of banana bread while sitting on a red corduroy couch. It’s a good thing I opted for something caffeinated otherwise I’d stay here for a nap and they have to kick me out. Check this place out.
