"Wendy's has made an art of screwing up orders. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by to grab dinner to eat at the theatre before my show. I ordered the sandwich plain, which showed on the display screen. But evidently since they always ASSUME you want a combo meal, when I said no to that, they rekeyed the order and it came with everything under the sun on it. Of course I didn't discover this until I arrived at the theatre....read full review
