If i could give it 0 stars, I would. I'm here all the time but this time i ordered, didn't give me the right sandwich so i went through again and also ordered another item. when i got to the window to receive my food it was a young blonde haired hispanic girl with nails on, ive seen her previously shes pretty nice but this time she handed me a bag and she shut the window. i didn't get my drink so i got her attention and said i don't have my drink so she points at a soda and she asks me if that's mine, gave it to me then i drove off and she yelled wait. by this point i was about 6 feet away. i reverse and she asks me if that's my food or not. it indeed was but i had two bags of food. she said sorry and handed me the other bag. why do your employees not even know what's going on? that's a major issue. i have never in my entire life of living in bozeman had such a experience at this location. this has always been my favorite wendy's in town and now i don't even wanna come back since apparently nobody has any idea what's going on. it's fast food not rocket science. i love the manager here she's a lovely lady but everyone else doesn't know what's going on.

Ordered large chili with mobile order, they informed us they were out. That’s fine! Was asked if we wanted a medium fry instead, asked if it could be a large since the chili was a large. Girl with the mask threw her hands up at us and turned around. Gave us a half full cup of fries. Odd attitude and unnecessarily rude. Service at Main St is 10x better.

I don't know what location my order was sent to. But I had to order twice because no one can seem to read. I ordered a burger and asked for no cheese since I can't have cheese. Each time...it came with cheese. I even made sure that I unchecked having cheese on the burger. I'm not wanting to order from you guys anymore honestly. Cuz this isn't the first time my food has been wrong. Either cheese has been on it when I asked for it to not be on my burger or it's something I never even ordered. You guys need to make sure you are paying attention to what your customers are asking for. It's kind of ridiculous how many times my order has been wrong
