You're definitely better off eating here than up the street at Many Glacier Hotel. At least most of the food here is tasty and fairly reasonably priced, unlike the Hotel.

Among the few food options at Many Glacier, I thought Nell’s had the best food, and it’s quite a bit less expensive than eating at Ptarmigan dining room in the hotel. Tasty burgers and salads.

Considering you are inside a National Park, the food is not bad. I’ve been in other National Parks where the food was much less desirable. The service is friendly(95%seasonal college kids). Was there for 5 days for area’s hiking. The best of the menu was the Breakfast wrap, Caesar’s salad/chicken and their Beef burgers. The bison burger was lean and too dry. Their trout BLT gave me an upset stomach.
Ate at this gem of a spot twice, on both our visits to Many Glacier. Reasonable prices, great friendly service, and nice atmosphere. The pizza is surprisingly good, didn't want to stop eating it. The bison burger with cheddar and bacon was also super tasty.

There are very limited options to eat at the many glacier side of the park, but this one did the job for several days while we camped/hiked around the area. It will definitely not blow your mind but it is relatively affordable and quick enough. There seemed to be a pretty wide variance in food quality unfortunately - the first time we went our burgers were dry and fries very soggy. We were not impressed and weren’t planning to go back the next day but there was a big thunderstorm and we didn’t want to drive out anywhere further. Luckily everything was actually much better than the first time and we ended up going back for breakfast the next day as well. Overall would recommend based on how much better our second (and third) experience was.
Also make sure to bus your tables! Saw lots of people leaving assuming someone would clean up after them and the poor servers could not keep up.
We had a mixed experience with Nell's over the course of 3 days. The hardest thing is there are almost no other options outside of the Many Glaciers Hotel and Nell's on this side of the park. We love visiting national parks, but also keep our expectations measured when we visit restaurants in the parks due to seasonal staff (high turnover), difficulty getting food, and frankly it's not the focus of going to a national park.
The first meal was a Western style beef burger with sweet potato fries. It was underwhelming. The burger was dry with a teaspoon of BBQ sauce and overloaded with fried onions. The sweet potato fries were undercooked and mushy.
The next meal was a pepperoni pizza and another Western style burger. The burger was significantly better this time around. Maybe a different chef? The pizza hit the spot but isn't anything to write home about.
The last meal was the breakfast wrap which was quite good! It could use a sauce as some parts were quite dry, but the tortilla is crispy, cheese is spread out within the wrap, and it has a great ratio of ingredients. Highly recommend this!
Overall it's a decent spot. Results may vary. Don't go fancy. It's a diner folks. Go somewhere else if you're seeking specialty dishes.

This is the best spot to eat in Glacier - no question. Best sandwiches, pizza, and sweet potato fries in the park!

Really cute, very reasonably priced for a place located inside the park. Quick service and very good food/portions!

Well, the food wasn't that great.
The morning entry system wasn't the best. First, each guest had to order their food before they were allowed to sit down. That's not exactly ideal. The quality of the food was mediocre, not tasty, prepared with little love.

Exactly what you want after a long day of hiking; good food, unlimited drinks and a friendly staff, and considering the remote location, very reliable prices

Yummy, especially when coming off trail with hiker hunger. They have AC, which was great in the heat. Coke with huckleberry syrup is amazing.

Overpriced (expected) and poor food quality. The views are great though, and given the lack of options — you’ll still come here
