FOOD POISONING!! I cannot believe anyone would give this place a positive review… the ingredients are very haphazardly handled and the cheese is stored behind some secret panel?? Probably because that’s what was contaminated…. The girl had to move her phone off of the sandwich table to make our meal… so clearly cleanliness is not a top priority. It’s been two days since I’ve been sick from eating here and I will definitely be making a claim at head office.

Stay away from the subway in Browning mt. Until they can hire a staff that doesn't have a smart mouth and can keep the place clean . No bathrooms and the staff doesn't use gloves half the time . If there not smoking out back

As tourists, we visited Glacier National Park in July 2024. My daughter wanted to eat Subway. This was the nearest Subway location I found. We decided to drive to Browning. We had NO clue it was Blackfoot Indian Reservation and mostly Natives living there. I was shocked while I drove through the town. It was like a zombie apocalypse. Stray dogs everywhere. Natives getting drunk in a broad day light in public. Our experience at the Subway was just as bad. Bad food. Bad customer service. Expired Apple Juice bottles that had mold inside. We couldn't even eat the sandwiches. We didn't complain. We just left and decided to GTFO there. lol. That was quite an experience.

Rarely has Subway been a standout experience, but the employees here are top-notch! We came with our family of five, including a very particular preschooler. The employees took it in stride and worked to make her sandwich just the way she likes it, all with a smile on their faces.

I always order online because it’s so convenient but just an FYI, if you order online make sure not to ask for double protein, extra cheese or Avocado because you will not get it! My past 3 orders I paid for the extras but didn’t get them. I usually order 4 sandwiches every order. After getting really annoyed I did a little math and was shocked! The cost of the extras is $6.60 per sandwich which comes to $26.40 each order. Now, multiply that by my last 3 separate orders and it comes to $79.20! I even spoke to the manager and asked her to please make sure they put the extras on the sandwiches and she said “oh yeah I’m the manager tonight so I’ll make sure they make them right” and they were still wrong! I used to work in the service industry and I know how difficult it can be so I made sure to be polite and didn’t want to overwhelm them, but I’m not sure why they just can’t complete complex sandwich orders. Another order they forgot my all my chips and another different order they made gave me a whole different type of sandwich, lol! Normally, I wouldn’t care or say anything but my goodness it’s like every single order is always really messed up! Plus with paying for all the extras and not getting them adds up over time and I don’t like giving my money away for free. If it weren’t for the fact that this is such a small town and we don’t have a whole lot of dining out options I probably would just quit going here altogether.
