Food was much tastier than expected. Salmon dip was a large portion. Maple syrup old fashioned was very tasty (server asked them to make it not as sweet), and the Cows in a Coal Mine Stout has the highest Internet reviews and did deliver on a tasty beer.

One of the worst meals I’ve eaten. Service was terrible, food was awful- the worst burger I’ve had. Would have been better off eating at the quick store in the bottom of the hotel. I forgot to add that they had dusty ceilings with comb webs that were blatantly visible.

Pricey but the atmosphere is what you pay for. The food is hit or miss but generally acceptable. The service is usually very good.

Ok let’s face it so many things gone wrong. This place needs to train their new waiters. We sat done at 8:00. The restaurant had only half the menu available. Drinks arrived at 8:15 and ordered our meal. Did not see our waiter for 45 minutes. 9:00 our meals arrived cold. Fries were limp, burgers were cold and the pasta was barely warm. Sent it back to the kitchen. Basically put it underneath a broiler. 15 minutes came back - plate searing hot - food warming- bun hard as a hockey puck- food in the middle cold. We couldn’t eat it. Spoke to the waiter and said we can’t eat this. Spoke to supervisor only paid for our drinks. 1hr30 later 1 round of drinks and NO dinner. Horrible experience. Normally enjoy eating at National Parks - they have great food but this was absolutely HORRIBLE.

Our waitress is kind enough. We have been seated over an hour and still have not received food. At least 5 tables were sat after us and served before us and have already ate and left and we still not have received food. When we were ready to order our whole meal they only took our starter order and didn’t come back for 15-20 minutes to take the order. They keep saying the kitchen is backed up and the bar is backed up and everyone is backed up and I understand that is not anyone’s fault but it would have been helpful for our waitress to tell us at the start that things can get backed up rather than waiting for another almost half hour’s worth of orders to be out in before ours when we were ready to order at the get go. Still waiting for the food to arrive. Do not really recommend as time and price may not be worth it

Had lunch at Swiss Lounge. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive. The food was great. Overall, a good dining experience.

Some of the worst service I’ve experienced at any restaurant - the food was cold, it took over an hour to come, and they were out of half the menu.

Try their huckleberry drinks! Or their local beers are also great here at this lounge. We stopped here to grab a nice cold one and took out to the patio for the spectacular view!

They know they are the only option within a half hour, and they act like it. I ate there twice. Seems like either line up at opening or be prepared to wait at least 90 minutes. Seems like they are trying to be fancy but their definition of fancy is geared towards 70 year olds on group tours. The kids waiting tables did thier best. They seem nice and like they are trying. Their large salads are comical. Enough arugula to feed 4 people but only 1/3 of a chicken breast. On the positive side, I actually liked my Manhattan!! Hard to recommend you not to go here given there aren't really any other options. Just know before you go

Good drinks, amd food. Good time swapping hiking stories and meeting people. Friendly atmosphere. Can get drinks to go, eat or just drink. Dining room menu is available to eat at the bar. Bar seating and general seating. Limited drinks and offerings but you are in the middle of a National park in the middle of no where so it’s all in context. Had a great rainy evening hanging out here with everyone. Friendly staff!!!! Highly recommend as a park option. Had cherry pie for dessert but was engrossed in conversation and forgot pics. Had 2 huckleberry cocktails that are the only ones in the menu. Loved it!! Husband had an old fashioned. Very good.

Vegetarian options: Yes!! Plenty ofOptions for where you are.

Parking: Might have to walk a bit from upper lot but you can’t beat the view from the parking lot so allGood!

After a long day of hiking we decided to try this local place. We ordered the chicken breast and rice. The chicken was extremely tender, and well cooked. Everything we ate was delicious. We even had some huckleberry ice cream afterwards, which I definitely recommend. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and decent service. It was a must visit. Would eat there again.
