Double check your to go orders!!! Tried 3 separate times for to go orders over many months and EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget parts of the order. Had my son pick up the last one and we're missing a salad and 6 wings. Paying good money to get food and they have never gotten it correct. Not worth the gas from out of town to turn around and go get the missed items. Frustrating!!!!
Update: I appreciate the apology and offer to fix it but this is a huge failure on management. Looking at all the reviews for this location it is obvious that it is a systemic issue at this location. Quit apologizing and fix the issue!

We arrived at 6:07. We ordered drinks and our food. Waited 40 minutes to be served. We were starving. Our wings had so much seasoning on them and so much salt that's all we could taste. disgusting. We have been there twice before with similar results. Never going back. Needs new management.

Quite rude trying to be sat. Refused service, even though we called 4 hours in advance for a reservation of a party of 20. Quite disappointed and hungry.
The waiter had to explain to EVERY Veteran that the Veteran's Day Deal was for 6 boneless wings instead of 10 boneless wings as advertised, and explained it was a decision made by the owner. The waiter should not be the one having to tell every Veteran that the deal was changed. Service and waiter were amazing. Food was good.

Took over an hour to get food. Order was wrong asked them to fix and replacement was wrong. Horrible experience. Will not be returning. I will not recommend, actually will pass on bad experience so others do not have to have same frustrations.

I took my daughter and my mother in law on a Saturday early afternoon for lunch. We walked in and it was less than half full. We waited for about 5 minutes at the front and a girl walked over wearing what looked like pajama pants and a t-shirt and asked us if we minded sitting at the high top tables. My mother in law is in her 70’s so I asked if we could possibly sit at one of the many open tables or a booth. She said she can’t. She said there’s only one waitress and I can’t sit anyone in the tables or booths. I double checked with my mother in law and we decided it would be fine. Once sat down we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us if we wanted a drink. This was another lady who I believe was behind the bar. She took our drink and appetizer order and we began our long wait. We waited for 45 minutes and still had not receive our appetizer, chips and guacamole. We were starving at this point so I asked the lady who sat us if there was an ETA at least on our chips and guacamole. She went into the kitchen and said your food also just came out so I will get that to you right away. Well we got our appetizer and our stone cold food all at once. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with tots. My MIL and daughter ordered wings. I am not exaggerating when I tell you our food was cold. It was cold. We were so hungry we ate a little bit and I said let’s go. Not one time did a waitress check on us in the hour and a half we were there. There were MANY tables experiencing what we were. Terrible service and will never go there again. I had to go to the bar and ask for my check just so we could leave.
Visiting from out of town, we were excited to try some wings. But the guy taking the orders was super rude, said they were so busy and couldn't get us our order for 20 minutes because there already orders of 700, and 1000 before us, said to order the crispy ones because the regular might not be cooked. ?? Overall super stressed and grumpy at what he was doing and it spilled over to gruffness and impatience with us. I would have left but my husband still wanted wings. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth of how they didn't value us as customers. I am tired from traveling but sadly this is not how I expected to be treated. I wouldn't recommend and won't be back again.

I have been to this location so many times with the hope it gets better. The service is usually great with the staff giving good recommendations on flavors or writing orders down. The problem is the kitchen. I have been 3 times now where the server got the order correct and the kitchen messed it up completely. The food is also either cold or not properly sauced. The wrong amount of wings or flavors come out. I do wish something could be done about this. I understand people make mistakes but this has gotten to be somewhere I don’t frequent any longer.
