Came here on a late Sunday evening for take out. No one up front, sign says see bartender for to go orders. No bar tender in sight. Stood in the back by the bar for 5 minutes before grabbing someone walking by and asked who the bar tender is bc there is no one around.
Awful service.

Ordered to go tonight and both orders were wrong and the food was completely cold. Boneless wings were small and had hardly any sauce on them. BIG waste of money. McDonald's could've done better.

Double check your take out orders. My order is once again wrong and things are missing. I can’t do sauce on my wings because it’s too spicy for me so I do sauce on the side. Almost every time, take out and dining in, they put sauce on it so I end up throwing all the wings out.

Remy was our waiter, and he was awesome! Very attentive, and was super nice to my little nephew, patient and asked him questions that made it seem like he genuinely interested in what he was talking about. Besides that a great buffalo wild wings, great wings, good selection of beer, and had all the games I was looking to watch.

Are you kidding me went for lunch today,waited 10 minutes to be sat nothing so we sat ourselves, 2 tables away from the blonde manager, looked like she was maybe interviewing someone but looked right at us and didn't acknowledge us,there are maybe 2 other people in there,we waited another 15 minutes and still no one we got up and walked out as the manager watched us and didn't say a word, really nice way to show the new hires how to treat customers or should I say ex customers

Service here has always been spotty, but tonight takes the cake. Waited 10 minutes to be seated and then 25+ min. later not seen by a single server, even after being passed by 5+.We even asked a passing server about it and were told “let me find your server”. Wasn’t a busy night, did not appear short staffed, manager sitting outside in his car when we had enough and finally walked out. Take your money elsewhere Butte. I know it’s a chain, but this is by far the worst BWWs I’ve been to. They need some new management.
We sat and waited for 55 minutes before our food came out. Our fries were the only thing with any warmth to them. The young gal that served us was phenomenal and we watched her work her tail off. When we brought the issue up she went to the manager who refused to come out and talk with us.

The manager at this location is far too young and does not show the experience to be leading this restaurant. We were waiting on food for 53 minutes from the time we ordered the food the fries are the o ly thing that came out hot. The burger and the wings were all at room temp no heat to them what so ever. Our server was fantastic and upon checking with us we did let her know the food was basically all cold but that we had driven 10 hours today and were just hungry she went to her manager again a young man who never came over and spoke to us or acknowledged us at all and had the server come explain things to us that is not how a manager should be handling these things only compliment I will give is to our server she was very sweet!

We had a great experience this evening having dinner. Our server, Remi, was amazing and the manager came by and was very friendly. There was a huge group before us (little league maybe) and still we had great service. Thank you all!
